      I had a friend refer me, so I was given a few free meals to try. I was not advised by signing up for the trial meals that they would be taking over $100 out of my account and sending me meals without my permission. I called to cancel and they refused to refund me for meals I didnt order. DO NOT EVEN ACCEPT THE FREE TRIAL MEALS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOU!

      This company shady at best. You are forced into giving your credit card information up front in order to actually see what the long term costs are and or view the product. I didn't like what I saw, I deactivated the account within a few hours of creating it. 2 weeks later I get charged 115 dollars and says my box is on its way. I reached out and was told even though my account was deactivated, my meal plan wasn't. 2 WEEKS AGO I DEACTIVATED. How can they process orders from a deactivated account? But I was told rest assured, no more will be charged to my account. So somehow they know now but didn't when they charged me and sent it anyway?This is a total ripoff.

      Food is delicious, and it helped me start eating again. After two boxes I came to the conclusion that the price it is not something I can financially justify. The website said I had until the 5th to cancel, and being pretty busy I cancelled my plan on September 4th @2234 after I got off work. Lo and behold, a box just arrived today, September 9th. My budget was not anticipating the $175 (which is a discount for the first couple boxes) because I was under the impression I cancelled. I have 5 roommates with their food and my week of food (which I paid for with food stamps) taking up the space in the refrigerator. I have nowhere to put this box of food and I don't have the money to pay for it.I called their customer service and they said because their system states it was cancelled @0134 CST the order was processed by their shipping company. Their website seems to state otherwise, informing me the boxes weren't shipped until yesterday, September 8th. They said there's nothing to be done about these unopened boxes of $200 worth of food that's going to be wasted because I very literally cannot store them. I'm baffled and at a loss for words. Five whole days for this to be fixed and nothing was dealt with.

      I did not confirm my order. However, I got charged. I called to ask for a refund. I was told I had passed the return time period. No refund. I called when I saw on my bank statement that it had been charged at 2.45 am on the 9/5. Delivery was going to be on the 10th. Still they(*****) refused to refund. I ask to cancel several times. I had to demand cancellation ASAP. She finally agreed. I called 5 hrs after I saw the charge. I do not understand with a 5 day window why the order could not be cancelled.

      Nobody speaks English well. I took this one lady I wanted to know about the plan, but it couldnt understand what she was saying and she accused me of just having something against her accent and I dont. I wanna understand so that I can go on the plan she told me there is no way to speak to a manager, and there is no way to speak to somebody in *******.

      i went on ******** and was an advertisment for Factor75 which i did in the past. I did the program and wasnt happy with it then. i thought i cancelled the program for good. i put in my email address to look at the program again and evidently started my account again that i thought i had closed. they keep your credit card on file incase you want to start the program again. i didnt know this until they charged my credit card and i just received the food today which i DID NOT ORDER. i guess i didnt read the fine print the first time that all they need is my email address and my program is started all over again. i did call them and they said they would no send any further orders. now i have to get a new credit card so they wont charge any further orders. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP U OFF. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

      worst company ever dealt with. I opened their page one day to check out what they were about. Never signed up...never chose any meals and never gave them my CC information. One day i receive an email from them that said my package was shipped. I immediately went online and did a chat with them and said what are you doing...i never ordered anything. They said the package was already shipped but they would cancel my subscription which I never signed up for anyway. Well figured that was taken care of...but the following week same situation happened...this time i called and of course they had no information showing i canceled via a chat the week before....i even took a screen shot of the chat showing they told me they cancelled. **************** is awful...i was so frustrated i told them i wasn't going to speak to them any longer and i was going to tell **************** to block them. The second package arrived and i didn't even except it. Now i keep getting emails saying my payment is due. Due yourself a favor and don't get involved...don't even open up their app. Turns out they are owned by Hello Fresh which is where they probably got my CC information from in the first place.....terrible...stay away!!!!

      Factor delivered my meals to my old address even though I changed my address with them. They said there wasnt anything the could do I was just out the entire cost of my order which was over $100. That was my food budget for the week. I have no food, no refund, nothing. I hope the person who received my order appreciates my food while I have nothing to show for it.
