I bought a car on December 15th, 2023 and still can't title the car. They can't seem to process the title with the company they hired to process their titles. ************* (the lien holder) wants to know when we are going to title it in our name. When I call the dealership I'm told the person that processes the title info isn't there. My Temporary title is going to expire in about 3 weeks. Paying insurance on a vehicle that I was going to sell but can't because the one I bought I can't get a title for. Also, I discovered that they did not take care of the recall on the gas tank after they told me it was done. I found this out when I took it to the ***** Dealer in *************, ******** to get 2 ignition keys made. *************'s ***** Dealership made the repairs for the gas tank straps. Fortunately, it could be repaired or ***** would not have let us take it back.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I worked with ***** and was guaranteed multiple times that the car I was buying had no issues. I asked many times if there were chips, scratches, dents, etc, and was told no. Arrived from the airport to see that there is well over $5000 in paint issues alone. Oh, and the front bumper was being held on by a zip tie. The grill was being held together with electrical tape. ***** told me 15 minutes before I arrived that he would not be there and that someone else could help me. Only to find that person was not there either. Now off to deposit my downpayment check, only hoping that it is a good check. Oh, and now we just found out after arriving that there is fraud on my account. This place was the only place I gave that card to recently. Please note that this is also a very sketchy neighborhood. Was told by the Uber driver that we really shouldn't be there alone. He was nice enough to wait a but to make sure we were ok.

DO NOT GO HERE! I found out through the loan servicer a month after driving off that I had not been approved for the car. I contacted the dealership and he said he would call me back, he ran my credit 100 more times without my permission. I got several letters in the mail through each servicer they tried saying they denied the loan yet these people hung up the phone in me and my mother's face and refused to make arrangements to simply take the car back and give me back my down payment. I asked them several times to no longer run my credit and he still kept running my credit this time knowing it would only cause more damage. I don't have any account number or place to pay my loan. He is now trying to say just pay them the money directly, I do not trust this place to give them any money over the phone or "mail" like he is now requesting when I have several letters saying I do not have a loan with them. He is now threatening to send the repo man when I don't even have official paperwork for whom I am supposed to pay or an amount. They are answering the phone very unprofessionally when they do answer saying "thank you for calling *************" or not answering at all. I recorded a conversation where I was trying to get the police on the line and he ***** the general manager said "you are full of shit" and just refused to talk civilly. This was the biggest mistake and now I have to get a lawyer. Not to mention the check engine light came on in the car in less than ************************************************* and my children after all the money I put down. BUYER BE WARE STAY AWAY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Bought a truck Aug 30,2021, dealer tried charging extra for warranty without explaining charging over $6,000 before I signed I ask why and told him I didnt want it. As we were signing paper work I asked multiple times if Ill be getting my plates in the mail he said yes. September went by and October .. October was my last month for my temporary plates I did contact ***** multiple times to ask about my plates NEVER told me that I had to go purchase them my self after purchasing a $40,019.50 vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a indiana dealership vehicle and didnt know I had to purchase plates my self. As I went to the dmv multiple times they could never find the truck under my name and suggested to contact the Secretary of State. If I wouldnt had send the paper that Secretary of State send me so i Can send the dealership I wouldnt had known about my plates. My point on making a complaint is that dealer gives false information to the client. Dealer also forces client to do a loan on vehicle even if you want to pay cash.
