Crooks and thieves. Poaching and using spotters. To illegally tow vehicles. Lying that they got a called from the location office to tow vehicles that barely got there. Our car and others where towed under 5 minutes. Even though clearly we were shopping on the premises. The towing operators and facility staff were vulgar and misleading. We had proof we were shopping at the premises. ************** don't care. This Towing company don't care. 10 cars on less than a hour. Rude to Military. Rude to everyone.

we need to know more about this complaint in order to answer it properly. Where was this customer towed from?

I was inside a store for 15 min no lie!!! I was going to go to ******** in the parking lot but was not given enough time!! I think I was targeted and watched!! I am a single female & I hear this company targets females!! It cost $240 to get my vehicle it was already at their lit so they were watching

The women working at the West Rascher location of this company are low-class trash that abuse customers and COMMIT *****. Picking up my car, I said "Hello?" at the window, and knocked because no one was there, and this defiant woman comes up to the window, bangs on something to mock my having knocked, and yells angrily, "Yeah, I saw you!" After the exchange of my ID and credit card, I told her calmly, "Human to human, I knocked because there's a glare on the window and I couldn't see that anyone was there," and she interrupted me, yelled over me and mocked me again. She continued to be completely unprofessional and belligerent, and because I didn't just let her abuse me like she surely abuses many people, and raised my voice to finish my sentence when she kept yelling over me, she gave me the middle finger, screamed profanities, and TOOK MY license and credit card HOSTAGE, lying and saying, "Oh, you don't have them? I gave them back to you...." I asked to speak to the manager, who mockingly suggested that I "check my path," as if I had simply dropped them somewhere -- and literally while she was talking to me, I SAW the employee go out the side door of their office, where she threw my things in the grass. I had not walked over there at all; there is no way that I would have dropped something there. When I saw them and picked them up and came back to tell the manager that the employee had clearly thrown them, they both mocked me and turned off the intercom. The ***** manager ALLOWED her ***** employee get her ***** revenge, abusing the power of holding onto my things. As I walked to my car, this human garbage pile continued screaming things over the microphone like, "Yeah, you tried, you tried! That's karma, *****!" What she did was technically *****, holding my license and credit card despite my asking to have them back, LYING ABOUT IT, and then throwing them out their office door on the ground. Literally, anyone walking by could have picked them up.

we don't accept this type of behavior from our dispatch staff. please tell me what is the dispatcher number on the released information on your towing invoice. please provide it to me so we can address their customer **********************.

Our car was towed because we were not actively shopping anymore at ***** *****. How does that matter if a customer has finished shopping and then they randomly said that there is a 30 minute rule and 10 minute rule, when the explanation was not cohesive and when I tried asking questions the lady got rude and hangs up the phone because it seemed that they were wrong for towing the car and I threatened to call the police. I had to pay $240 to remove my car, but hope this unethical practice takes this company down. I have stitches on my leg and when these companies rob people of their hard earn money because they can, the rude cashier and the unethical of executing I'll usage of their power will come back and bite this Business.

Our Customer Fresh Farms monitors the parking lot and call us when they need a parking violators vehicle removed. This customer must have left their vehicle in the parking lot over the 30 minute time and called to have it removed.

This company is not the best. As a tenant I requested a vehicle to be towed that was parked on my spot that I pay for monthly. When I called the first time they got my name and number on the list with my phone number she pulled my information it came up. Now the second time I called they said my name isnt on the list which left me confused. The lady was so rude she hung up on me and not once did I catch an attitude nothing but she sure deserved an attitude from me. I called again and I was put on speaker I asked to double check. I gave them my landlords name. She had the nerve to say she doesnt want to get in trouble for towing a car. How so? I could give them any information they needed and verify it. I will be asking my landlord to change companies. Theyre useless to us obviously. The amount of unauthorized vehicles that park in my spot they could be making bank. And the sign is clear, clean and visible no excuses to those who break the law and rules here. My suggestion is train your dispatchers with more curtesy and respect towards those who are simply calling for help. If not, fire their sorry selves. Id never hang up on anyone working customer **********************. Dont like your job? Find another one.

FIRST YOU TOOK MY CAR FROM A SPOT THAT I JUST PARKED IN THE *** BEFORE SO IM SURE HIS DUSTY A** SEEN ME THEIR THEN THE *** FAT WHITE B**** AT THE **** HAD THE ***** TO HAVE A ATTITUDE LIKE HER S*** GOT TOOK. DIDN'T EVEN HEAR THE ***** TAKING MY CAR BUT HE MADE SURE HE SEEN ME COME BACK OUT THAT STORE. *** STARTED OFF BAD THEN THIS HAPPENED, BET IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN

Horrible company illegally towing cars they no longer even have a contract with…Walgreens is no longer the address holder to 7901 s western in Chicago, it is know a dollars tree and they towed my car while I was at work ..no signs visible because the signs was taken down..illegal towing on my car

all our tow lots have signs posted. if there is no sign we don't tow.

This company is a scam and should not only be avoided but also investigated for owning and running illegal lots in the city they use to lure and entrap individuals. Theyve purchased and parked abandoned vehicles around lots (vacant parking lots) around the city. I watched as they waited for individuals to exit their vehicles in a lot with hidden tow signs behind a for sale sign... Luckily I was able to warn them off, and show them the driver hiding behind the ally. Somehow, although most other tow truck companys charge 180-200$ for release, they charge close to 400$. This lot maybe brought in ***** cars in a day. Also, they WILL force you to pay in cash. No other payment is excepted and this was clearly and broadly stated. The owners should be in jail and in the news.

The person who wrote this comment should be ashamed of themselves. This is so untrue and doesn't even deserve my response. Absolute nonsense that our company would stage vehicles to lure customers to park illegally to tow them. we also don't make up our tow rates because they are set by the ************ @ $ ******.

Terrible. Ruined my car. I can deal with paying for the tow but drove it off the lot with a check engine light and what felt like a loss of power steering. Probably dragged by AWD car. All they told me was to drive a mile and it'll go off (it didn't) and to file a complaint if any issues. You have one job- tow cars. If you cant even do that, close your business. Thankfully I have *****************. And they will be going after this company.
