We were overcharged- it cost us $40 (plus tip) for a 7 mile ride for 2 people from ******* Park to ******. There was no visible meter in the unmarked car. I hadn't used a taxi recently, so I didn't argue- but had my suspicions. The return trip home was the usual $25- so the taxi driver is upcharging 50%. Never again!

I CALLED FOR A **** PICKUP FROM NILES FLASH CAB FOR AN ELDERLY PATIENT WHO LIVED 2 MILES FROM OUR OFFICE. I WAS TOLD BY THE OPERATOR THAT IT WOULD BE A ***** MINUTE WAIT FOR PICKUP THEY WERE BUSY, I LET THE **** KNOW AND SHE WAS FINE WITH THAT. AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING AND NO ****, I CALLED THEM BACK FOR AN ETA OF THE DRIVER, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ABOUT 15 MINUTES THERE WAS A SLIGHT DELAY. I LET THE PATIENT KNOW IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 15 MINTUES. AFTER 30 MINUTES AND STILL NO **** I CALLED AGAIN, THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED INFORMED ME IT WOULD BE 15 MINUTES I TOLD HIM I WAS TOLD THAT 30 MINUTES AGO AND THAT SHE HAS BEEN WAITING 2 HOURS NOW FOR THIS ****, I JUST GOT ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER AND WAS TOLD THESE ARE JUST ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL... WELL TOMORROW IS AN ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL BUT IT DOESN'T MAKE IT ACCEPTABLE!!!! STOP TELLING PEOPLE 15 MINTUTES WHEN IT IS NOT 15 MINUTES!!!!!!! AFTER ANOTHER 15 MINUTES OF WAITING WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE OUR OFFICE AND SOMEONE WHO OVERHEARD ALL THAT WAS GOING ON OFFERED TO GIVE HER A RIDE SO I CALLED AND CANCELLED THE **** THAT NEVER SHOWED AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE WRITING THIS, THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE SERVICING THE PUBLIC. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE USING NILES FLASH CAB SERVICE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAN ON BEING ON TIME FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU WON'T BE PICKED UP UNTIL GOD KNOWS WHEN??? WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE EVER!!!!

Worst taxi company. They should be investigated by authorities. How they operate their business is shady.

on October 29th, 2021, I needed Transportation to the ** at ***** Hospital . I live at *************************************. It:s across the street ( *******) from the hospital. Our receptionist called Niles Flash cab.When I entered the cab and told him my destination, he seemed annoyed, I told him to just go straight down ******** ave, across *******, to the **.He turned to face me and told me to "Shut-up"; he knew what he was doing".It got worse- I responded "How Dare you speak to me like that" - He called me a "F---ing b**** This ride only lasted 5 minutes - the driver verbeley abusing me continualey When we got to the ** , he stopped at the END of the driveway, he said "five dollars", he grabbed he money from my hand and said,"get out of my cab"I exited the cab, walked to the back to get the license number (he didn't have any identifying information visible) he sped off with the back door still open.I had to walk the length of the driveway. in the rain to get to the entrance of the **.I told the Security Guard, inside and she was a witness to this experience.
