Bought a new doughboy pool from them in early 2020. I had a doughboy that was 33 years old. It needed a new liner but I figured I would just replace the whole thing. They referred me to a guy by the name of **** to install it I called him and he told me he was backed up but he would do it later in the year. I told him I had my old pool I could use until the new one came. Well the new one came in and *** stored it over the winter. I left several messages for **** to install it the first thing in 2021. Well it is now April 29 and no word from **** The other guy *** referred me to wanted to charge double. So here is the deal. You can buy the pool but they have NO installers. This is not the place you want to do business with. Go somewhere else. They have a D- rating *****
