            In 2021-2022 this company was hired to do a complete roof system reinstatement. However, they produced faulty work that should still be under warranty. Despite this, and being paid $165,000 for a roof that still has leaks and created water damage in at least 3 units (unit 202, 207 and 208), when we asked for their certificate of insurance or to do the repair they went silent. They have a valid contract and they should fix the work they put a warranty on. I have black mold in my apartment from the water damage stemming from the roof. The water is so bad that it has caused ********* to split from where the water is leaking into the units, and the other two units have conditions worse than mine. First - we need their certificate of insurance Second - we need them to replace the work that they did to make sure the roof is water tight and has proper drainage.

            We hired Century at the beginning of the pandemic to manage our HOA roof project, but unfortunately, we had to put the project off until 2023. Century was extremely understanding, held their pricing and worked with the Board and ***** on every detail. We were very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone.
