            Yesterday I viewed a home for rent and paid, through Zelle, an instant transfer of $80. My phone has been off network all day and when it came back on I got all my texts from the day. Smart move had text asking for my documents. Its been 24 hours and I didnt send them in right away. They just emailed me that my application has been cancled. But I paid the $80 application fee and never had the chance to fill out the application. I just paid them yesterday and now they are keeping my money and not letting me turn in an application. No where does it say the entire application will be cancled after 24 hours. It just says that after 24 hours they have the right to keep showing the property.
