Terrible experience. Talked to a ***** who didnt want to hear my concerns regarding me moving into a totally filthy apt. Wanted to send pics to the company.Literally told me where to go. I asked for someone else I could talk to. She told me " not happening."

I moved into one of their new construction in the city 2 months ago. As soon as I moved in, there were many unfinished things in the apartment. First two weeks I did not have air in any of my rooms other than living room in the middle of summer. No hot water for almost a week!! They gave me a paper that is written emergency contacts for maintenance and etc. The phone has not voicemail set up yet, nobody is responding. I was only able to get a response through email. They said for hot water call ******* gas. There was a subtle gas smell in the house and technician from ******* gas said the one of k**** of hot water tank was not properly squeezed and we were living in a house with gas leak! Since the first day I had sewage smell in my 2 bedroom apartment and it has been 2 months all they did is advicing us to pour gallon of water down the drains (Even though more than a galloon of water is running down the drains sink and tub every day. They finally sent a plumber to pour a galloon of water after a month I keep bothering them about the issue. Under these circumstances I told them that I withold the current rent until they give me some resolution. They gave me rent due notice telling me that pay the full amount of the rent or move out. I contacted the corporate. They told me that somebody will call me back. They did after my second time reaching out to them. The response over the phone was not different than in the written notice. Instead of apologizing, giving me a timeline to fix or compensation for the all the inconvenience I have been through, the regional supervisor said if the smell bothers me this much then this place is not the right place to live in for me. I am so disappointed how I was treated over the last 2 months when I was just trying to look for a help so I finally decided to let other people know about my experience and let them know that this is not fair. I have no other word to this management but definitely not recommending them.
