Worst HOA management company on the face of this earth. ****** is a cold heartless ruthless b**** and will s**** over any homeowner that disagrees with her or challenges her. She ignored my calls over the weekend when it was an emergency, and hired an attorney to cease my communication via phone or email to her company. I am a homeowner and I expect my management company to communicate through fast, easy, and free communication, but she hired a lawyer and I can't communicate via email or phone for simple requests. I now have to pay stamp fees and extra time to get documents I could within minutes. I have retained a lawyer against this company and I am waiting for the moment I need them to fight ****** Realty. Not only is it unknown how she's still in business, but it's unknown how she could live with herself.Review from Chrstina L

When ********* was working for **********************, it was a MUCH ****** result. ********* got things done with efficiency and professionalism. Sadly, she was only with ********************** for a couple years and then moved North. Now, it is back to lazy and poor management. What do our monthly assessment get us? Since ********* has been gone, we haven't gotten the things done that were supposed to be done: parking lot, landscaping. Unless I ask the landscapers to take care of the weeds, it doesn't get done. This is supposed to be the *** and very little is done to accommodate tenants. Landlords do not require their tenants to abide by the association rules for instance no smoking in the building as well as noise levels. When contacting the association there is no consideration or sense of urgency. The heat has been out numerous times during winter, it has taken days for someone to come out. Major plumbing concerns still no sense of urgency.
