********************** and ***************** Apartments in *******, ** are owned by Related Management Group. The companies deleted their Yelp pages twice because they received too many legitimately negative reviews. I moved into ********************** Apartments in January of 2022. A few days later, two members of the maintenance crew (**************** of ***************** and **************** of **********************) took my truck for a test drive and never returned it. A week later, they signed a contract to buy my truck but never made any payments. They then harassed me until I was forced to leave in fear for my life and property. I notified several Related Management Group corporate employees about the situation and have received no response. ************ (Director of Operations) and Kayte B. (property manager) have actively worked against me to protect their employees and avoid negative publicity. My truck is still being driven and used for business purposes by employees of Related Management Group who have done everything they can get away with to avoid justice. Future tenants need to be aware of who has access to their apartments before they decide to rent with such an unsafe and unethical management company. My neighbor had their car broken into and money stolen from their bag months ago. This is the third break-in and theft I heard about since January. Please dont fall for the superficial upgrades. These people have made my life h*** and Related Management Group is responsible for these horrific conditions. I pray that no one else has to suffer like I am.

We don't know who is the manager in the Morningside Court now, but "*******************" who is the person keeping wants to tow her car, even we explain the situation to him, but he still insists that's his workers don't have parking space, but this is the senior resident parking space and for those who paying the rent who have the right to parking on this place, not these workers. Especially this is senior building, the enough parking space for the senior residents are necessary during the winter.Actually, she already fixed the tires two times with in the past 6 months but unfortunately, people are fighting for the limit parking space, people keeping flatted her tire try to push her car out of the parking space, because she seldom drive her car.The receipt she showed to ******************* indicated that she fixed the tire on September 16th 2021, unfortunately two weeks later people flatted and the punch her tire again because she did not drive and move her carDue to your companys Innovation projects, which has been occupied most of their residences parking space, therefore, she don't want to driving the car out, because she is afraid when she come back home, there's no parking space for her car.People look up at you as a manager should make sure here have enough parking spaces for every resident who lives in here, otherwise people may continuously flatted her tires from time to time because she don't drive the car out, but occupied the parking space.The previous manager , RAHSHEDAH ******* awared of the issue so just leave her car here as it. And she is hoping you understand for the situation, don't try to give her more headache and sent the notice to towing her car again.No one can afford try to fix the tire every month, do you?Now. the manager team don't care who and why her auto tires flatted from time to time, the only told her that because her car has flatted tire and occupied for the space, therefore should be tow.
