      ************* (***********) recently imposed our third parking permit requirement. Each apt. was allowed 2 parking permits. We had to show registration at that address and insurance. (Some people had rental vehicles and was not allowed to received a permit) (Some people had work vehicles.) They did not consider the units that have college students that drive and are on the lease as occupants. They were instructed to park in the limited visitor section ( limited to 7 days) The Visitor section at night is full depending on the shift you work so our college students and other occupants have to walk over 1 mile or we have to wait up to pick them up to park of location. No one is communicating or attempting to assist. Everyone that drives and is on the lease should be allotted a permit. We were told they might be selling parking spots. We are tenants with children that drive why should we have to buy spots when we pay our rent. We the Tenants should have a voice but no one is listening . This is complete CHAOS..... TENANTS HAVE RIGHTS

      The ***** Apartments - now managed by Peak (previously managed by RMK)I could repeat the never-ending list of issues with this company but its not worth my time or energy. Instead, Id like to validate everyones horrible experiences and further reinforce the honesty.I hope this will provide insight for anyone thinking about living at one of their properties. If you value people-centric culture I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.

We are thrilled to welcome ******* and ***** back to The *****! *************** is working with the ownership team to implement a solution that will accommodate both parties. We are keenly aware that the Front Desk/Concierge conversation is of great importance to our residents and will work diligently to have a final resolution. As more information is available, we will share updates on this topic. Dog Run/Ice Melt: Please be advised that a dog waste station, equipped with doggie bags, is available in the designated dog run area. We encourage you to be courteous to your fellow neighbors by picking up after your pets. Our maintenance team will ensure that the waste bin is emptied in a timely manner. Please aid us in our effort to keep the area safe and sanitary. Additionally, weve heard your concerns related to pet friendly ice melt and have confirmed the use of the existing ice melt provided by previous management.       My best friend lives, and one of their units theyve taken care of everything hes ever asked and ******* went out of her way to take care of something for me today and Im not even the tenant as well as Im concerned if I ever need a place to live thats where Ill go. Thank you very much ****

      Peak Properties came into my apartment a day before my lease ended and threw away all my stuff and painted the walls; I found most of my items in the dumpster ruined or broken but some of it was missing completely. Don't rent with them if you want your personal property and dignity to be respected.

      To whom it may concern: There was miscommunication on our end by the vendor. We have reached out to the tenant and are very sorry that this happened. RRM has settled this for $8,500.00 with the tenant.

      Moved in July 1st and have experienced no major issues. Small tweaks were taken care of right away. Management is responsive to needs of the tenant. So far, so good!

      After living here for almost a month, upon our first day of moving into our apartment we found multiple rodent droppings in the kitchen area and in bedrooms. After calling not once but three times were we able to get a hold of someone to handle this issue that shouldve been taken care of months before move in. In the coming weeks after move in, we have yet to have a working laundry system, the washer being broke prior to move in, as well as a completely unusable microwave, unable to turn on. Even after communicating this to management multiple weeks have gone by with still nothing. As a side note we were told on the phone by the assistant property manager that we would be credited with a building internet wiring fee, when following up on this credit I was left on open and ignored by the assistant property manager. It has barely been a full month and let me say I will never resign with this company again. To think that the complete and utter amount of sheer incompetence thats taken place in a matter of weeks makes me sick to think about what will transpire over the remainder of the lease. As I said before, there is a reason this company has such an overwhelming amount of one star reviews. They work for it! They earn them. Mad and disappointed are an understatement. BE WARNED Impossible to get a viable response. Extremely uncommunicative, unprofessional. There is a reason they have more one star reviews than anything else.

      Scammed us. Paid **** for deposit and first months rent then ghosted us and never gave a refund. Even had a fake lease agreement and receipts

      Peak Properties aka Peak Realty. A rental management company that doesn't believe that a Black man that makes a good living can afford their average apartments.Let me tell you the story.I wanted to get a head start on apartment-hunting. Examine the market, note market rates for 1+ bedrooms. My requirements? A den or second bedroom that I can use as a dedicated home office. (I lead a sales development team in the Cancer Informatics/Machine Learning space and work remotely.)I prefer my current neighborhood of ************************ I used Zillow. I quickly found a place, a 2 bedroom with an in-unit w/d, available June 1st. What luck. Lets take a lookEnter Peak and the agent- lets call her ***** Stumped. I schedule a tour and meet ********************* the following weekend. She takes me into the still-occupied apartment. Its on the first floor, which I like. Den with good natural light. A second bedroom. Washer dryer in the unit. Market rate.***** doesnt walk out with me after my viewing. Shes gonna hang back, I tell her Im interested and surprisingly, I have to make an effort, ask her to please send me the application materials and requirements. She just sent me out without even asking me what I thought about the rental. Hm.I have been turned away, shown shoddy units by agents after describing a sunny spot over the phone and then seeing my red-***** caramel visage ****, I was told by one agency in 2020 sure, we can show you the place now, how far are you? And I replied, Im out front. They stood there, looked at me, standing outside of their rental office, spoke amongst themselves- and then told me to leave my number, theyre going into a meeting, maybe we can arrange something next week.And you thought we just made this stuff up.Anyway, since they asked for $350 +$79+ some other fee just to consider me, even though they never intended to approve my application. Great income, credit, references and rental history be damned. They ripped me off.
