      This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. The property manager at my condo (which I own) yelled and screamed at me in my lobby, and then the executive level, per their own website, just stopped responding to my emails. The property manager has never been a property manager before he was out of work for two years prior to his new role as my property manager. The regional director and a VP sent an email to me, in which they blamed me for the property manager's behavior and never responded. These people are a virus.

      Terrible company. There is no way to contact our site manager. Work orders are closed before work is even started, if at all. There is no way to follow up because our manager, ***************************, does not call back or reply to emails. Nor does *****'s boss, ***************************, return calls or emails. We do not know who is on our Board or how to contact them. Jobs are being contracted out without getting 3 bids.Work orders are supposedly assigned to vendors but they do not tell us the vendor company or how to contact them for updates.Sorry I moved to ***********, ****, **.

      Current return call policy is 24 to 48 hours for non-emergency calls. Waiting for a call back from 24 hours ago, left 3 follow up messages to the property manager in 24 hours.

      The worst management *** this condo building has ever had in 18 years. The board asked repeatedly for financial statements for at least 6 months! We had 3 people from this co. In a year to manage our account. Worked that needed to be done here never got done. It took be 5 months to get a check not posted to my account that cleared! Repeated emails and calls! Copy of my cancelled check was sent at least 10 times! They found my check posted to someone elses account. The worst yet they sent the *** a 205 page email that included another associations financials! This company should not be business! I wonder were are money is! It scares me!

      In October 2021 we sold two condominiums that are part of the Church ******************************* We were told we needed to pay the November assessments in advance to sell the units so we submitted payment for both units. Unbeknownst to us was that the title company had also arranged for HOA fees in November to be paid at close. So we overpaid the association by $556. We called the First Residential, who manages the properties, and requested a refund for the $556 we overpaid. We have called and emailed them a dozen times but the refund still has yet to be issued. First Residential acknowledges that the fees were overpaid, promises to refund the money, but the check never arrives. It has been 4 months and the retiree, who lives on a modest income, needs the money. We respectfully request that the BBB investigate and urge First Residential to process the refund as they have promised to do over the past 4 months.

      No stars for First Service Residential. We live in Harvest Run Condominiums and were notified that our HOA will not renewing its contract with First Residential and new manangement company will be taking over on April, 2022.Meanwhile, during the lastest snow storm, we noticed signs throughout the neighborhood saying that our cars will be towed if they are not authorized to park here. I called First Service today to ask where my decals were. I sent in a parking permit request in Nov. I was told that the mails were slow and to just wait or I can reapply on-line. When I said that the decals would still have to be sent via **** postal service. She than told me that there was no application on file for our address,. I am concerned that my car, which is parked on the apron in front of my garage will be towed. She said that the towing company will tow any and all cars that do not have the parking decal displayed, EVEN ON APRONS IN FRONT OF GARAGE DOORS. When I called the ***************** number, there was no answer and it was forwarded to Customer ********************** in *********, ** (no snow there). When we call the police to alert them to some possible trouble brewing in our neighborhood when cars are towed, the police said that they cannot recall seeing any posted prior to the last snow fall over the previous weekend. Please post this so my neighbors are aware of the newly posted signs.
