Their authorized vendors damaged the property, then they sent another one of their authorized vendors to repair the damage and they never show up Working with Foster Premier is frustrating. So you fix the damage yourself

Thank you for reaching out. Your community had a concrete project done in July. You notified the manager and the Board that you had a piece of damage wood on the side your house from the work that was done. The manager immediately contacted the contractor and requested that they come back and make the repair. When that contractor stated that they would come and make the repair but it would be at least a few months before they could be back out. The manager did not want you to wait that long so then contacted a second contractor on July 17th. The second contractor went to the site and created a material list of items needed to make the repair. The manager has followed up with the vendor and requested that they give you a call. Please note that Foster Premier is the management company and does not have control over the time frame for work to be done by a vendor. The manager has consistently pushed to get this work done quickly and is continuing to follow up.Review from MIKE K

It's **** and this organization only relys on mail and a extremely outdated portal to "remind" homeowners of an annual fee. They claimed I was mailed certified mail as a reminder, but neither the association or the law firm could ******************* was on anything. Nothing is their fault, but when tenants miss the one annual payment they have all the time in the world to ensure the late fees are collected. I would be ashamed to work as this place. I hate the fact I give them money annually for the "work" they doFoster-Premier, Inc. Response

In December of 2022 an invoice was sent to the ******* address for the 2023 assessment payment due on January 1st. This is sent the same time every year. Owners also have online access to view and pay their account. ******* was sent a delinquency letter regarding his 2023 annual assessment fee still unpaid. This was sent in May of 2023.On 9/6/23 the account was to ***************************************************** for collection proceedings. Owner contacted Management and Attorney claiming he never received the letter. The collection attorney corresponded with him regarding his claim.This account was not paid until January of ****.
