Very Clever on making money- sub business with the towing company.We need a new management.Review from Patrick P

Prior to Celtic, we had a very poor management company. This I will tell you. Celtic is there for us when we have immediate problems on the weekend. All employees have kind hearts and are straight up good people. Today, they scheduled an immediate fix on our elevator which is important because we have elderly people living in our building. And, it is Saturday. Another big plus is the lawyer ***, who handles Celtics work. We have had him scheduled to come out to two of our Board meetings, from Celtic, and this has helped residents understand key issues in our meetings as well as under the ******** Condominium Property Act. It was Celtic that that got their lawyer involved and helped residents understand a host of issues. Celtic is very professional and they work well with the Board. They also understand when there are unprofessional people involved and get legal issues taken care of so people who are unprofessional and egregious that they dont exert their poor behavior on the *** and Board. No *** company is perfect but Celtic really tries its best and helps our community and association.Review from Scott W

I would rate 0 out of 5 if I could but one star is the minimum. This group does absolutely nothing and tells you to deal with ***-related problems on your own. This company's customer service is not only terrible but severely lacking. Their outsourced answer service for after-hours is sub-par with so much miscommunication and confusion on their end. These guys are not on the same page and Celtic is not helpful in any way, shape, or form. It's sad how ineffective and inefficient companies like this exist.
