This location has horrible customer service. They dropped my ******************** and told me that I should have opened and checked it in an 8*12 lobby with 10 people in it and no countertops during covid. The manager ***** told me that he couldn't give me his last name, nor can he give me information on his manager. I then continued to talk to me as if I was a second-class citizen trying to get a free pizza. There wasn't an ounce of consideration for the money that I have spent with this establishment on many occasions, instead I was told that I'm supposed to feed my kids some food that looked like slop.

On 12/28/2021 at 8:00pm I went to pick up a small pizza I spent $19.57 on and I requested some crush pepper with my order the employee told me he couldnt give me any because they are for bigger orders and he didnt want to lose his job if I am spending almost $20.00 in this place give me what I ask for I will never spend my money in this place again.

I had to stand and wait to be served because no one was at the front . I can hear a man yelling from the back and then apparently the parents of the child was in the store as well and heard the yelling and removed the young lady from the store after the man refused and come speak to them . Mean while Im waiting to be serviced This is not acceptable at all . I will not return .

I was in Beggars pizza on 81st Stony Island on 6/6/2021... I ordered family size pizza a friend went inside and picked it up after paying 34.45 for pizza and receiving pizza and leaving I opened box and pizza looked small and had very little cheese and meat on it, it actually didnt even make it to the crust. Very unappetizing. I brought the pizza back and was told I couldnt get my money back or another pizza because it wasnt burnt. The manager ***** was very rude an told me nothing was wrong with the pizza and he would lose money if he made me another one. I was told I could save it a bring it back in the morning if I didnt want it. After repeatedly asking for another pizza I was given corporate number and asked to leave and told the police was called. I left with this **** lil cold pizza to feed my family only to get home and hair was in my pizza and it was dry chicken instead of chicken sausage which I ordered, Their custom service practices really needs to be worked it would not have cost much to make your customers happy. I will be going further into this.
