I love my Dr. ********************** and most of the office staff. She is amazing, she is educated and so well informed! She really cares about her patients and if she just hired people who were as good as her this would be the perfect place to be. The doctor is only half the part of your appointment experience the other half is the staff and if only part is good and you don't want to deal with the other then that is a problem. After speaking to ***** I would say that with covid happening the desperation set in and she was left with very few choices! I told him that he was lack luster he said that I was rude and didn't even let me talk. Then when I did, he asked me if I was just going to talk over him, well I guess so if I am still talking and you are not listening. Who does that! I will say that his philosophy is not to make sure patients are ok. He should not have a job in a medical office. However, that being stated **** at the front is amazing. **** who was there was amazing he is at a different practice. **** just a great guy who knows what he is doing, not sure if he is still there. **** such a good nurse! **** needs to have a ****** in bed side manners. So in speaking about her he told me not to talk bad about her, when does an office tell me what I should say or feel about a staff member and I have every right to tell someone that I do not like them and I do not want to hear about them. Also, he had the audacity to tell me he is going to calling even if I do not want him to call to me. I have every right to not have someone call me that is ignorant. I again love her, but I really need to have an office that cares as much as her. SADDENED by this!!

Good morning, It is very unfortunate, to hear of your bad experience. After speaking to the staff involved, this review is less than truthful, which disheartens me.It was explained to you, in detail, the reason why your request could not be granted, and yet you choose to put a review on the internet with information that is completely not true.Your statements regarding the staff her at ADLS are completely unacceptable! I pride myself on hiring quality staff here, and your accusations against them are completely false, and out of line. Again, I apologize that you are angry that my staff followed a protocol, placed by myself and the Practice Manager. I hope you understand, where we stand on this issue. Furthermore, I would appreciate your ability to not disrespect my staff when calling the office. We are here to help, but again, the policy stands and it was followed. Your anger, regarding the aforementioned policy, does not give you the right to yell at the staff, and then proceed to write reviews that are false. Respectfully,Jonith Breadon, MD
