Business ProfileforHyper Facebook traffic

On November 13, 2023 Paypal closed my account permanently without even telling me why. I have been with them for 7 years and have never had an illegal transaction. I cannot contact them (I have tried several times). They say I violated their terms and will not tell me what. Had I known, I would not have done that but I don't even know what it is. I was only sending to or receiving from family and friends which is what they are for. They stated in their email "Based on the information we have today, it looks like this account was created by an underage person or by a resident of a country where we don't accept customers yet." I am 81 years old, have had this account account for years, and the only friend I have is in ******. If that is illegal, why don't they tell me and I will stop. The temporarily locked it a few times and still would not tell me what I was doing wrong. I did every thing they asked me to. Uploaded drivers license, bank statements and everything and then it was ok so I thought I was doing everything right. Then suddenly they permanently closed it and I cannot contacts them anymore or anything. They are holding $2,200. of my money and will not release it for 120 or 180 days. That is my money and I need it desperately. I will not do whatever they tell me I am doing wrong. I will upload more documents or whatever if they just reopen my account or release my money. My complaint is not against Facebook but against Paypal. thank you
