              June 30th we experienced water in our basement from thunderstorms in our area. We contacted the owner, Terry, who came out the following day, Thursday. We had already removed the water but three carpets were soaked and very heavy. We are in our seventies and my husband is a physically disabled war vet. Terry said he would come out that day with a couple big guys to remove the carpets for a fee of $300.00. He did not come back that Thursday. I called him and he said he would come out first thing Friday morning, At 11 am I called and he said he would be there at 2 pm. He was a no-show, no call, no nothing. Here we are with stinky wet carpets, a health hazard because of mold, sitting in the remodeled basement, on the 4th of July Weekend with no one responding for help. He left us in the lurch. He is very unprofessional unless he makes a lot of money on the job. If he didn't want the job he should have just said so which would have given us time to get someone else.
