****** M This dealership is clearly on a self serving agenda at the expense of their customer. I purchased a car from this dealership on August 2023. On the day of purchase, I did not bring my lien holders check with me. The finance guy said for me to write a pesonal check out to them for the total purchase price of the car which I did and to bring the lien holders check in the following day and he would return my personal check to me. I did come back the following day to complete the transaction. When the transaction was completed, the finance guy did not return my personal check to me like he was suppose to do. After a couple of days had gone by, I realized that the finance guy did not return my personal check back to me. I went back to the dealership and told the finance guy that he did not return my personal check back to me. He told me that he was not going to give it back to me because it was their property. I reminded him that once he was given my ************************* check that he was to return my personal check to me. I spoke to him with a level of conviction to let him know that I was not going to leave the dealership without my personal check that anybody could cash. It would be like me paying twice for my car. When he understood that I was not going to be a door mat and let him keep my money that he was not ***********, he said well wait a minute let me go upstairs and pull your file to see what I can do. The dealership is on one level, so I know that he did not have to go upstairs, he went to talk to the other involved parties. He came back after about fifteen minutes later holding up my personal check saying I found it. He thought that because I am an elderly lady that he could easily take advantage. I wrote a certified letter to the General Manager telling him about my experience at his dealership and with the finance guy and he never responded to my letter or my calls. The receptionist transfers you to a catch all voicemail that belongs to no one.

Took advantage of elderly husband and wife and more than double their charges

I went here with my friend to purchases Lexus rx350 f sport.....sales guy was great before you puchase the car... But after was another story.....I was promise a referral fee by the sales manager... That never happened ... Now that I know it was all lies ... I contacted the sales person he told me he related the message to his manager....it's been 3 months...I try calling him again about the referral... He didn't pick up...and there is no referral check ever to be seen

Mice found inside the ********************** bought here, according to the official inspection report from the other ********************** dealership in the area. This and multiple other issues, like rust, were found on a certified pre-owned ********************** I bought here last week. I've contacted the dealership multiple times about this, including the general manager and customer relations manager, and they simply haven't responded.I've escalated the case directly to **********************. I hope they can help, because this dealership simply does not care about its customers. "
