      I purchased a 2017 QX60 with ****** miles on March 22 2020. I purchased an extended 5 year ****** mile warranty for ******* with a 100 dollar deductible. I recently had an issue with my rear ****** ( **** dollar repair) So I brought it over to MOTOR WORKS because its closer to my house for the run down . He came back and said well , your getting a new transmission because it tripped a code ( thats the good news ) bad news is ... Your extended warranty expired at 60k , so you will have to pay for the ****** . I called ************ right away , the finance manager apologized and said it was not filled out correctly and its the wrong one all together . He offered to refund my **** bks but there is nothing he can do about the warranty... Then I told him about the new transmission, Once he heard they were replacing my trans he went through the roof , we will go pick it up , Don't worry about the warranty we will take care of you but let us do that job so we can make some cash . So I called motor works and asked if we could do that , they said no it was already being worked on . So I called back to ************ and informed them and asked if we could get a new extended warranty and have my repairs covered ? He said no thats unethical and a pre exsisting condition in the system. You can buy a new one for **** . But lets PUT YOU IN A NEW CAR INSTEAD , EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES **** LETS MAKE SURE ITS DONE RIGHT THIS TIME. IF YOU GET A BAD MEAL AT A RESTAURANT DOES THAT MEAN YOU NEVER GO BACK? This mistake that they admitted to doing just costed me **** bks and now my car doesn't have a warranty. So yes I am never going back and YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL SELL YOU A WARRANTY ON TOP OF YOUR EXSISTING WARRANTY . Absolutely unacceptable business practice and unacceptable customer service . As a DEALERSHIP you should stand by your PURCHASE AGREEMENT and HONOR the deal that was made . Not point fingers at ex employees and wash your hands TERRIBLE

      "I would give this dealership **** stars if I could ! I..." - ***.s280 I would give this dealership **** stars if I could ! I purchased a vehicle on April 5th, 2021. I drove three hours to purchase this vehicle *** because of price as **** suggested, but because they had the car that I wanted.After I left the dealership a week later they realized I didn't sign the paper to have my plates transferred so they mailed it to me to sign and return. I signed and returned it the next day (overnight). Following up on this they stated that they were still waiting on a notary before they could send my paperwork to the third party to have my plates transferred. After two weeks I told them to send it back to me and I would have the paper notarized so my plates could be transferred in a timely manner. Once again they sent me the paperwork I got it notarized the next day and mailed it back ( overnight ). Today is July 12th and my plates still **** *** been transferred. They told me they would send me the paperwork so I can take it to my BMV to have the plates transferred. Why would I pay them to do that and then them offer to have me go and do it myself. It was in my paperwork that I paid them 600 to do this on my behalf and yet they want to not want to give this money back to me as a reasonable resolution to this issue. It's been 3 months. I spoke with **** who is very unprofessional and does not want to make anything thing right with me in this regards. I feel like I should not have to pay to have my plates transferred since they drop the ball on the paperwork and I had to do their job for them, I'm sure still to this day that my paperwork would still be sitting in their office. (something that should have happened while I was there). I will never purchase another car from there and I would never suggest this dealership to anyone I know. **** told me he called and left a message and I never received the message and my phone says no missed calls or messages from him. He said he was looking at it on his phone that he called me and pretty much called me a liar. He keeps having excuses that he needs to find out what's going on when I've told him exactly what is going on. I am going to find the owner of this company and call them. I am very disappointed in my experience with this so called business .By the way **** is the owner of this company what a disgrace as to how he is running his business.DO *** buy a vehicle from this place as they are not friendly and are *** willing to please a customer and make things right.
