      Recently purchased a $60k+ certified vehicle from this dealer. Two days after buying it I noticed the two rear brake rotors have grooves in them. I took the vehicle to another local *** dealer and two independent shops and they all said the dealer pad slapped the rear brakes meaning they put new brake pads on bad rotors to save money. They all said the dealer should have replaced both rear rotors, the pads, and a sensor since the pads are wearing unevenly since they aren't contacting the entire rotor. *******************, the ** told me they aren't willing to do anything. This vehicle was an early birthday gift for my fiance and its parked in the garage as she's reluctant to drive it, due to having bad brakes. The vehicle has only been driven 90 miles since we purchased it two weeks ago. 34 of those miles were when we drove it home from the dealer. The remaining miles were put on driving to the other *** dealer and the two independent shops. *** filed a formal complaint with *** customer relations. *** documented my terrible experience with this dealer on ********** Bill Jacobs *** *****.

      Stopped by here to return our leased vehicle. The parking lot was full except for one spot. I asked my wife to park there since that was the car we were returning. I parked my Tesla near the entrance. ***** the manager quickly approached me in a rude tone as I got out of the car and told me I cant park there and to go park in the lot. I told him there werent any spots and before I could even finish, he said he would call a tow truck! That got me really upset and I told him to go ahead. He stormed inside went behind the counter and got on the phone. ****, the sales manager was super polite in addressing us and I told him what happened. He said he would work on what we need and get us out as soon as possible. While **** was working on the paperwork, there were three other cars that were parked where they shouldnt have been parked. One in a handicap spot that wasnt a handicap car, two other BMWs on the side of the entrance but apparently ***** had an issue with my Tesla or with us since we are asian. I couldnt believe he was a manager there. He has no concept of customer service and should not be in the position he is in. I wouldnt recommend this place because I wouldnt want anyone else being mistreated by him! Or even have the chance to be mistreated by him.

Bill Jacobs ***** #1 priority is to provide best-in-class customer service and to make all transactions as easy and transparent as possible. I'm sorry for your negative experience with one of our sales managers, and I have already addressed this matter with all involved parties. While we do need to maintain open spaces in certain areas of our lot, we also will solve this issues in a manner that will not lead to any future misunderstandings. Thank you for your input, as it will make our management team, and organization, a stronger and more positive place.

      Buyer Beware - Identify Theft!!I recently purchased a car at Bill Jacobs **** I paid for it by personal check (my dumb mistake). Two weeks later I experienced a fraudulent withdrawal out of my checking account via a fake check. The fake check was populated with information taken off of the check I gave to Bill Jacobs **** This includes taking the signature off of the check (exact match) I gave them + taking the check number and adding 10 to the sequence to ensure that the check # wasn't used.Be careful giving them any personal info and definitely do not give them a personal check

      *** took advantage of my teenage daughter! She bought her *** for 15,500$.Put ***** of her hard earned cash down. Within the first week the turbo went out & then several things started breaking down and going wrong. She brought it to dealership and called multiple times to have it looked at and have the issues resolved. They were rude, condescending & unhelpful. They wouldn't even provide the service records we asked for! It was obviously a lemon! It was going to cost over 2000$ to fix, so she decided it wasn't worth it & that it was a money pit. She went to sell it back to them, they offered her 6100$ and rudely told her that she was lucky that they were even offering that much, that they were doing her a favor, and that they just going to sell it for auction"!!She ended up selling to *******, who gave her 7100$ which is 1000$ more than *** offered for their own car!!!!

      I took my 2014 mini in because the dashboard lights were not working and locks were not locking. Relieved to find out that they found the problem. I got a call from *****. He also said they found other problems totaling $2500. I said ok. He then called back a third time and told me that I needed a new radiator and since I was doing all the other work, the radiator is originally **** but his manager said I could have it for $600. I said ok. I got a Text message on my phone saying the work and confirming. He was then trying to charge me for a radiator flush when I did NOT agree to that. Why flush a radiator when you are replacing it? He then said he took the radiator flush out because he agreed he did not tell me about it. ALSO I was charged 897 for this radiator instead of the 600 I was quoted. He then said whats the big deal? You agreed to **** anyway. After getting my car back 3 weeks later it over heats and shuts off. I now had to take it back to them. Im told that I need a water pump now and its 997. They didnt find this 3 weeks ago with their 32 point inspection? So then after I pay the 997 he now comes back and tells me I had some melted parts and they check for melted parts when it over heats. This is an ADDITIONAL $1897 He should have told me that BEFORE he had my $997. So I have no choice but to pay it. I think they didnt tell me because they wanted to charge me separate labor. The labor for the melted parts alone is $1335. Again it overheated.. radiator issue but It took you 5 mins to find melted parts and Im charged $1335 for that in labor alone. This place is a complete and utter disappointment. I should have went to the mini dealer down the street. I thought taking it to a dealer instead of a garage mechanic would be better but I just got ripped off royally. I cant believe this. I bought a key fob from them 3 years ago and they were all nice which is why I brought this car to them. NEVER again.
