Thank you so very much for taking the time to give us your review. I'm so glad you took the time to work with us with the First Time Homebuyer program we offer to you and your wife. I'm so glad we were able to educate you on what programs are out there for all consumers. With higher rates in todays economy we were able to take advantage & save on the lower rates offered to First Time Homebuyers and also save money on unnecessary closing costs that others get charged. **************** your new home!!!Review from Marlene B

Premier Financial is a great business to work with. They do quick and accurate service. Friendly and go out of their way to help you. I am so happy to have worked with them and will use them again. They made this scary process go so easy. I had never done this before on my own and they walked me through it every step. Chris and Gary are great! I have bought property before, and these guys are hands down the best. From start to finish, they were on top of everything and explained everything each step of the way. They were very transparent and easy to reach with any issues. I want to personally take the time to thank them for their professionalism and expertise. Would recommend them to everyone. This was our first time buying a home and It's been a few weeks since the closing. Numerous open houses, documents submitted, and signatures later - we're cozily writing this from the comfort of our new living room! There's no doubt in my mind that we would have never made it this far without **** and *****. Since the moment we connected with them they were transparent, kind, and remarkably insightful. If you're in the market to buy a house, I highly recommend using them! They took time to explain and make the process of buying a house less nerve wracking and I felt so comfortable with them. This was my first time buying a house, I didnt know much and I couldnt be happier with **** and *****! They took their time explaining everything and made sure I understood what was going on. You can call them at any time and they are more than willing to talk and help you with any questions! Im so glad that I was able to go through this with them.
