******************************* just spent the last 2 hours harassing multiple people on a local ad for a rental on ********* He repeatedly told people to "Shut the F*ck up", and that they "Didn't know sh*t about the going market". All because some people had a difference in opinion. What makes it worse is, it wasn't even his Listing. I'm not sure if he was friends with the person who listed this rental, but as far as I could tell, he had no relation to the Lister. He was just there to tell people how stupid he thought they were. Repeatedly calling people "nerds", "cry baby libs", the middle finger emoji, etc. Absolutely abhorrent behavior by a so called professional.Review from Melanie P.

Company is horrible!!! Do not use them for any purchase or refinance. I have been waiting for over 5 months for an appraisal to be done that I paid for to have PMI removed. Platinum cannot find anyone to do the appraisal according to them. I am paying almost $400 more a month because they refuse to take care of this. They are a mortgage company that cannot get appraisals done in 5 months?! What if I was trying to buy my home!! This is seriously a joke no one should put their trust in this company that openly violates the law by refusing to do there job.

As a mortgage servicer, we do not own loans for investment, and we have to follow the loan owners rules and the applicable laws governing removal of mortgage insurance. This month, they incorrectly withdrew double our mortgage (over **** and our mortgage is 802) payment and incorrectly applied all the extra to escrow, which wasn't needed. I called them the moment I saw the incorrect, unauthorized withdrawal amount. Though the representatives were very polite and acknowledged an error, as well when I ask to speak to a supervior they are not able to replace the funds immediately; they have a process to go through sending a check in "3 business days". I am beyond disappointed with Platinum Home Mortgage.And this is around Christmas time where I have checks out there that could possibly put my account in the negative, which the supervior stated they have another process for that!!!! I don't understand if they take it our electronically why can't they put it back electronically. I find it ironic and idiotic that a company as big as they are does NOT have the technology to reverse the charges. I have my roof repair by another finance company smaller than that this one and they have the technology to put the remainder of the balance back into my account. *****************************.Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation Response
