    I started going to Massage Envy sometime In 2015 and visited an a monthly basis up until having a health issue around July of 2018. I stopped going to Massage Envy since just before the Covid-19 pandemic started and have not been back. They were closed like all non-essential businesses around April of 2020. I have had an auto-pay with them since 2015 - they take a payment from me the 14th of each month. Since I havent been back in 35 weeks (and dont see myself going back until after the pandemic is over) I was looking to transfer most of my credits to my wife who could use them for health products they sell. I understand the business has new ownership and have been told their policy is to charge a $10.00 processing fee for each hour I session transfer. I have 35 sessions @ $65.00 each ($2275.00) it will cost me $350 to transfer the session credits to family members. I can only transfer one session credit per month and I have to continue to pay the monthly fee in order to be able to transfer credits. There is no way out of this unless I go back and use two session credits per visit which would be 17 more months of payments as well. As I understand it I cant transfer credits unless I keep my membership open (paying them more money) I can freeze my account for up to 6 months or I can walk away and give up $2275. I would like to end my relationship with them and get my money back or transfer all credits at once to family members that can and will use the services - but, I cant see how they can charge a transfer fee for each session and limit me to one a month? There does not seem to be any way out of this. I may not understand all of my options, and I hope there are others. What I am sharing is what an employee and location manger have told me. I dont recall signing a contract with the original owners in 2015. Please help. Sincerely, ***********************
