I purchased the Overdryve 220 headset for $147 dollars straight from Rand McNally and it was replaced twice under warranty because of malfunctions with the headset not charging due to the charging port malfunction.The most recent replacement basically just fell apart because the hardware is so fragile.The microphone and part of the unit that goes over your head just fell apart just wearing it.This unit should not be on the shelf in any store due to its manufacturing mediocrity.I am asking for an extended warranty to resolve this issueReview from Matt M

I bought a brand new Rand McNally clear drive 220 and not even two months later it broke and I went through the warranty process and the carrier used to return the headset lost the package I have proof of return and proof the carrier lost it and now me the customer is stuck having to pay the price and Rand McNally will not honor the customer because the are not at fault and they want me to wait weeks before they get an answer from the shipping carrier. Im not sure but for a 250$ headset that I use daily for otr trucking and I use it to be a safe driver Rand McNally sure doesnt care about that and would rather make the customer suffer I would not recommend this company to anyone after dealing with themReview from Na P

*** JUNK *** Rand McNally TND 750 Truck GPS On 9/12/2023 I bought a Rand McNally TND 750 Truck GPS directly from Rand McNally.Waisted $458.48.I tried all the different settings. I doubled check them each time i tried to use this thing.Now my house did show up on the **** This thing would take me to where I wanted to go.ONLY this thing never will take me back to my house. It would take me to a different town. Also it does not re-route for detour or missed turn. It freezes up.I did send it back to Rand McNally. To be fixed. They had it a month. Say they tested it continuously for a week. Down loaded all the updates. They sent it back to me.IT STILL DOES THE SAME EXACT THINGS THAT I SENT IT BACK TO THEM FOR. IT WILL NOT BRING ME BACK TO MY TOWN / HOUSE.I sent them emails about this and ZERO RESPONES BACK.DO NOT WAIST YOUR $458.48.I will keep using my cell phone with ****** maps. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL EVER.*** now I have $458.48. piece of junk that doesn't work correctly and have no idea what to do with it.Review from Tyrone T

Never experience such a bad customer service. ******************** is not run well. Steer clear of any Ran McNally products. I promise you will thank me later. We have an rv with an expensive gps system and McNally provides service to the device as 3 party. Ran McNally sold Newmar rv company a lot of corrupt SD cards and they refuse to replace them. They said I need to call another company that deals with the unit and they can help me to sell me a new card for $250. Called the ************** and they informed that after 2022 ******************** is not updating the cards or maps anymore for the unit. Now we have to buy a new unit with another gps software. We bought our rv in 2020 and unit keeps freezing due to corrupt SD card. Its a mess, now we have to buy another $1600 unit to replace the worthless unit.Review from Fredrick T

Rand McNally is ******** its not worth you money you have a better chance using apps on your phone bad customer service they wont help be try to factory reset and they dont know what they doing take my advice dont every purchase of a product its not worth s*** And oh the only reason they got a star is because you have to just to leave a review.Review from Ronnie B

I am very disappointed in rand mcnally at this point. I purchased the new rand mcnally over dryve 8 pro last month. It won't work with any apps tha I want none.The dash cam is useless it only records for upto 2 hours I added a ** card got more storage space however the record button quits working when I put in the ** card.I have tried the one drive app it downloads works but won't let you sign into the app to save video to the cloud storage.I have been working with ********* on this issue to try and resolve it but it's got no where they have helped in everyday possible.Rand mcnally however ignored my first email and closed it out I then sent another one explaining the issues the same as the ilfirdt email rand mcnally then sent me a email back and flat told me it's not their problem to take it up with the developer that's not how you run a business I have demanded a full refund and they have yet to respond so now I'm stuck with a $600 GPS/ dash can that is junk.Also there's are not correct it told me to turn on a road that was 5 ton limit I'm always 40tons it also did not know that us ****************************************************************************************************************************** *************.Do not buy this gps it's over priced I'm going back to my old GPS soon that's one of the original rand mcnally GPS and its never been updated since I bought it and works greatReview from Dustin C

I wished I could give them no stars. What a hunk of junk! After two weeks of owning the *** 750 it crapped out and wont even charge. My only option is to send it in for repair! Beware. Buy Garmin insteadReview from Casey H

IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 STAR RATING I WOULD THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR Rand McNally they wont repair my product that Ive had over one year Making me buy a new one and also they products freeze while using they dont offer any support all they tell you to do is hit the refresh button on the top have to do it three times then go drive. Ive sent ones in before i bought and paid to have them repaired. Spend hundreds on product and it works maybe 1 day out of the week and all day your having to reset it and hope it fixes the problem then 10 minutes later you have to do it again I will never buy a RAND McNALLY GPS ever again even if my life depended on it they dont care about there customers. My TNDT70 both of them always say NO GPS or it Freezes or im off the highway in the middle of the fieldi bought my First one in 2016Review from Kelly J

I spent $700 on the newest biggest random McNally with unlimited updated maps. The maps even with the newest update didn't know half of the highways it would get lost like all through ******** doesn't even recognize that that mountain is a highway. When I would pass a certain exit on the 90 in ********* it was just start bleeping at me telling me to get off of the highway and turn around after it had told me to go 180 mi straight. So I call in and they tell me to do a data repair. After doing so the unit no longer would charge. After fighting several Representatives I got in touch with a supervisor. The supervisor told me that I could return the navigation system that I had and they would send me out an entire new system. I also informed them that the point of a suction cup is to be shaped like a cup so that way it can **** to the windshield mine was just flat and wouldn't stick to the windshield. So I went to ******* store to return this device and they didn't pay for the return. I get to the *** store and they want me to pay for the shipping supplies. After doing so I received a package back and they sent me the $300 navigation system the smaller one. This one doesn't even fit in my windshield. They also didn't send me the mount w/ the suction cup. I called them today so that way they could correct it and instead they basically told me that I'm just stuck with this $300 one and refused to refund the $400 difference of what I paid. Do not buy one of these devices it's a waste of money. You're better off using either a free map or buying a competitor navigation system.
