Horrendous!!! I will never ever buy appliances with ***** again! They damaged my ******* gas dryer and my flooring delivering it. Its been 30 days and I have called so many times that I know 4 people at the call center by name. I am exhausted trying to get the dryer switched out. No return calls, you dont know their coming because its not the day they were scheduled or they call the wrong number and I dashed home and they left! Supposed to be scheduled tomorrow but they came yesterday. I called yesterday, someone was supposed to call me back in 4 hours. Its now 24, no call. They had record that it was even scheduled tomorrow and now, I have no idea if their coming or not. This is my 2nd call today being on hold for 20 plus min because I was disconnected on the earlier call. Another ********************** hold! I will be going to Lowes today and I will be taking this complaint as far up the channel as possible if I have to get an attorney involved, I will. I cant believe ***** uses them with all the complaints posted on line. Find another company!!! 3k for a washer and dryer and this is by far the absolute worst service I have ever encountered in my life and I am 51. I would have rathered used a dolly and walked them here myself as to deal with such an inept and unconscionable group.

Spirit Logistics a third party delivery service for ******. They are horrible, they didn't deliver my appliances from ****** on two separate occasions in 2 weeks. Waisted 12 hrs of my time waiting for delivery on two different days in 2 weeks. They never showed and never called me to let me know anything. Worst delivery service ever. Definitely not reliable.

Horrible experience after they destroyed my new home that was just renovated they found a ******** excuse to not deliver to my home the appliances that where missing. If Lowes is using this company to deliver your product please find another way. After I reported them to **************** the delivery drivers indicated that they didn't feel safe delivering to my home. I have never been so upset the district manager called me indicating telling me what their employees said. PURE LIES JUST TO COVER THEIR ***** FOR THE DAMQGE DONE TO MY HOME. TOTAL BS!!!

Horrible!Delivery schedule for some time on Monday. I called first thing Monday morning and was given a window between ****. No call no show!!!!Called customer service the next morning, assuming I'd be first on the schedule with apologies for not completing the service as promised and was met with surly call center reps, put on hold with intolerable musik, and given the run around. You'd be better off renting a dolly from ********** and pushing it home yourself.

They did not install my ice maker after paying $1500 for a refrigerator. When I called customer care I was transferred to Lowes which keeps telling me to call them. Now they are telling me they dont know when they will be able to install it. This company has no customer service skills neither does Lowes..Im so frustrated because I paid them the money no problems but its a problem to get this issue resolved.
