Dr. ******************** Services did a terrible job with trying to get rid of our crab grass. They never got it under control so we canceled their services in September '22. I called and I have a written email. Fast forward to spring of '23 and they show up on our property and perform a service without authorization and now they are trying to charge me for it. Even though we contracted with a new company, they say they don't accept cancellations in writing. What a joke ! I didn't pay the $140 bill and now they are trying to send me to to collections. This company is terrible, in addition my front yard was eaten by grubs. ****** the office lady is rude and I want to warn anyone and everyone that they should never use this company. Our grass was ruined and now they are trying to ruin my credit. It is not about the money-Ipaid another company $600 to fix my grass. It is about the principle and I will not pay the $140 bill that I did not authorize.Dr. Green Management, Inc. Response

The review is in the results, 3 years of excellent results at 1 location and 2 years at another. Dr ******************** is a transparent customer focused business providing ********************** to the level where we have been coming back to them in consecutive years at 2 locations. They charged us for service we never gotwe never had a contract with them. Each service was paid by debit, the next day. Once the service was cancelled, we started getting an itemized bill and I said our service is paid up. Their statement had installment payments on it, I asked what was that and the answer they gave me, I still dont understand because we never had a contract with them. They started harassing us, daily calls, bills and then collect agency. The company must be doing bad that they have to lie about contract that we never had.
