These people advertise lowest price guarantee but then they play games with their wording to get out of having to price match. For example: They offer a 10-year warranty on a product from damage BUT after the 1st year, you pay shipping and a fee. Competitors might offer a 5 or 7-year FULL warranty with zero shipping costs or fees. Thus the competitor warranty is actually a much better deal. This gives Tree Top the ability to back out of the price match and do nothing when their product is made identical to the others, if not from the same manufacturer as the other guys. Plus they **** up their shipping fees to offset this warranty and they're making a profit off their shipping costs. The whole thing is a scam and just unethical.Just take your business to a company that doesn't try to lie and cheat to claim them as the lowest price guaranteed.Review from Dargel C

Ordered Picnic Tables back in April 21st - paid $ ****** for shipping todays is August the 9th we moved our warehousing equipment 2 blocks away back in July form the original address and they requested to pay another 691 +135 for storage to move the delivery location 2 blocks away after almost 4 month waiting for the product to be delivered is amazing the scam they are running

I ordered a bench from ******************* on 12 Apr 21. The website advertised shipping taking place within 3 - 5 days. After not receiving my bench I called the company and was told the bench was on backorder and that it would take 4 - 5 weeks for me to receive the bench. I accepted the company's explanation and moved forward with the purchase.I received an email from the company on 11 May that my bench was being shipped. After one week I called the company and was told that I had scheduled the delivery on 25 May, but I never scheduled that delivery. No one spoke to me about any delivery date. I was told via phone and via email the bench would be delivered yesterday (21 May). It is 22 May and I still have not received the bench. I paid $346.11 for shipping from *******, ********, to ***************, ********. "Tree Top Products Response
