Received a bracelet to wear from my husband to wear on our wedding day less than 6 months ago. Today the bracelet falls off without me knowing due to a faulty clasp. Tiffany refuses to assist. $1000+ for costume jewelry. What used to be heirloom quality is now just cheap trash. $10 billion dollar profits and Im supposed to find the bracelet and pay to repair the clasp. What a joke.Review from Jw

Gift from *********************. Initialed Sterling money clip. Lifetime polish and re-etch of initials when worn off. Tiffany does not answer phone or reply to emails.Review from AH

Incredibly disappointed in Tiffanys due to my on-line mens bracelet purchase. They have a STRICT 30 day return policy. The gift recipient did not like it. I thought I could wear it myself but it hurt when I tried it on. I reached out to customer service three times but it was after the 30 day return period. I got the exact same email copy with a couple of words bolded when I asked if I could exchange it (explaining that it was uncomfortable for me to wearI would have been happy to keep it otherwise).Be warned: this is not the experience I expected with this brand.
