I've been a customer of ******************** for almost a decade. I've never had any problems with them regarding my account until recently. It seems after they updated their site and payment system, I've had nothing but problems. I added a new debit card from my new bank account. I went through the steps to verify it and was approved to make deposits. The verification requires you to provide a copy of your most recent bank statement that shows the name of your bank, your name, and a transaction that is from Nadex. I've provided all of these, and my card was verified for deposits. I've made up to three deposits up until recently where my account was put on hold. I've emailed them and was told that my card is from a Third-Party source and goes against their rules since that is not allowed. My card is from an actual bank account with a routing number and account number attached. It is not a pre-paid card or a funding account like Venmo. My question is, why would they approve my debit card for funding if it was not from an acceptable source, despite it being a regular checking account which should be acceptable. I haven't been able to trade in weeks because of this issue and would like to stick with this platform if they can solve my problem.

Robbbers, blaggards and highway men!!! They make every excuse not to pay you. Including out right LIES. E mail them from the same address on my account, it was my password for Petes sake. They will not reply because it is not the same e mail, so they say. SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay away.

My account was completely drained by a monthly inactivity fee which was implemented without my knowledge or any attempt to proactively inform me. After I created an account and was a customer. When I asked to be reimbursed the customer service team set a limit on how much they would reimburse (a fraction of what they stole) and then toyed with me for weeks. Continually throwing up roadblocks and making it administratively burdensome to get my reimbursement. I gave up. Really rotten experience and company in my opinion.

Have found Nadex to be a nice secondary source of income. 5-Star experience going on 3 years now. A "Must Watch" --- especially if you're daytrading.

NADEX.com is a SCAM stay away! They manipulate their quote when you win to push it to a loss. They speed up and slow down the clock also. If you try to make a withdrawal they do a verification process which nothing wrong there but once you comply with that and your card is verified they then put a hold on your account! My advice just stay away you will never see that money again!

Less then one star. I've used nadex for a few months. ***** data is delayed and stays **** cents above or below the actual price. I've also tried selling my contracts before expiration with plenty of time left (more then a minute) with sellers and buyers available on the market but am not allowed to sell for profit. They give a bs error saying Order rejected Market currently unavailable. Do NOT put your money into this company. You will lose it all. You may at first have small gains even though you know your right about the movement of the market. They always win and exploit there charts and availability to go against your favor. Buyers beware! Dont trust nadex.

They would not verify my ability withdraw *** PROFITS and i asked for a refund on my deposits and they refused. This does not exhibit the behavior of an **************.
