    I contacted them more than 10 times already and there is no adjuster available to resolve my claim. The customer we have is really furious and so am I because they do not resolve anything. The amount the customer invoiced us now was settled by my personal funds and I need to be recompensed. I need this money! Otherwise I will be suing.

    I have been a customer of ********************************************* for 3yrs, and this is undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. Its to the point that I'm questioning the legitimacy of the company altogether - like is it even an actual insurance company, or have I been paying to a scam for the last 3 years??I filed a claim on April 7, due to 3 floods that have happened in my office, causing damage. I was assigned a claims adjustor named ******, and after speaking with him maybe a week later, I was told an independent adjustor would be assigned to come out to my business and ***** the damages. No one ever called me, so I followed up with ****** and got NOTHING. When I say this man literally ghosted me, I mean I called, emailed, left voice messages, and to this very day (June 7) he has not returned any calls or messages. A few weeks ago, I reached out to the company again to see if I could get another adjustor. They gave me his manager ******'s information. I called him and left at least 3 voicemails, NO RESPONSE. (and this is supposed to be a manager). One of the last times I called he had instructions to contact someone name ***** while he was out of the office. I emailed him, and of course, NO RESPONSE. I called again and was able to get in contact with *****, and he told me either he or ****** would contact me within 1 business day, and of course they did not. That was a week ago, and since then I have attempted to contact all 3 people I've been instructed to contact, and I've literally gotten nothing. This is all while I was told that part of the success of my claim would be contingent on my ability to show damage to the adjustor, so we have been holding on to MOLDED, damaged products for months! For an insurance company that doesn't even return phone calls. I'm amazed. I'm not sure how or why I ended up using this company for insurance, but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I've been BEYOND patient, but this is ridiulous.
