Absolute worst company on earth to deal with. Took me two months to gat a claim cleared up. What exactly they thought I was spending $78.00 for at my Gastro doctor, I have no idea. I asked if they thought I went in and bought fresh baked pies or something. It is MY money, let me use it for MY medical expenses as I see fit. I should not need to get original copies of anything as proof my doctor performed what is on the claim. This is the first year our company has used these people and I hope to God we don't ever use them again.I will repeat what I first stated:They are the absolute worst company on earth to deal with.Someone needs to shut them down ASAP.Review from Yeymy M

This company is not willing to do anything for the customer. They made a mistake and all they can say is, "I'm sorry" This is very bad practice on their end. I talked to ***************************, she agreed with me on the mistake that was done on their part but there was nothing that could be done. I don't know if because I'm Spanish they were not able to provide me with solutions but it was very easy for them to overlook their mistake.Review from Teresa C

My employer just started using this company in January. So far, I have made over 10 phone calls to FLEX and my HR, numerous emails, and lots of confusion. They need itemized receipts (not the one you get at the front desk after you pay), and they threaten to suspend your card if they don't get the documentation that they want within 30 days. They sent the flex card with a letter that said it would activate on the first use--nope. Then they activated it for me, but they attached it to the wrong year. I literally got a message saying, "All funds are depleted." For a company that has been in business 33 years, it certainly leaves much to be desired. This inflexible savings account leaves much to be desired.

Flex has connected with this member directly to assist with their Flex account questions. All pending questions have been addressed and the members issue have been resolved .Review from Alonso A

What is the point of having a flex card if you are not able to use it? Flexible Benefit Service LLC makes it as hard as possible for you to be able to use the money in your account. I tried contacting customer ********************** with regards to my account and they stalled by asking my name a staggering 6 times after I had already input my flex card number and date of birth. Once I asked for helped they were not knowledgeable about the service. I tried emailing them and received no response. Not worth the hassle! Stay away!!
