On Tuesday, June 20, 2023 I picked up 150 obituaries for *********************, my nephew. Payment was received by SS Media on June 16, 2023 via Zelle. It was not until everything settled down that we noticed typos most importantly the date that was added to front of the obituary. It was not requested and they did such a rush job that I received them 15 minutes before services began on June 20th.. So therefore, I did not catch the mistakes at that time. Their resolution is to print me 25 copies with the corrections. I find this unfair since the designer admitted that they would correct the error he made. I asked for Manager Name and was told it was ****. I requested and was not given a last name and number. I was told to call the number for customer service. I then asked if I could speak with the manager as I had already been on the phone with customer service for over 22 minutes and told he was not available. I then asked if there was an email address where I could send a message and told No. My invoice number is 9365-S7. I feel that it is fair to replace the obituaries and if not give me a partial refund. I paid for 100 buttons that I did not receive and am still awaiting a refund. I was told that that I would receive it Tuesday. I called again Wednesday, June 22, 2023 and told it was being sent. After checking account later, still no refund submitted to my account. I was told that it would be ***** back to me as that was my method of payment to them. Invoice attached along with the pages of the obituary with the errors from what was included in the obituary. Please help me to resolve this matter. Our intent is to send out a corrected copy to all who were present and signed the book, a total of 130 plus people.
