Did not give me my refund. I cancelled my reservation and was told I would receive it 1-3 business days. Its been past 3 days and still no refund. I called the front desk and the lady is still giving me the run around .Review from Maurice

This place is horrible the room was half cleaned, bed spreads was dirty, pillow case had stains on it, hot tub was dirty and had hair in it, hair dryer was dirty, they ordered us the wrong pizza, there was a bug in the room, the rooms are outdated, and the staff was dry and unwelcoming and not willing to work with you it's not worth the money I will not recommend anyone to go to this no good place.Review from Dalisa A.

Yesss I agree and the housekeeper stole 400 from my bf and they told us to call back Monday and we left Saturday called Monday they gave us the run around about the mangers and told us the manger wont be in til Tuesday and we called them they told us she running late call back in a hour and ten mins later the manger called my bf phone back and said he sign a wavier saying if something come up stole or missing that they are not responsible for it so I called back to ask the lady to explain how could your employee steal 400 and yall not Responsible for it and she said the matter is not between me and you its between your boyfriend and us that has nothing to do with you and I said I was staying in a row with him I know where our money was and she hung up on me rude I would never recommend this place to anyone everReview from Karisa Z

Nasty dirty rooms with glass on floor that cut our feet. Showed pictures to manager and she claimed we were lying because they didnt see glass. ****** is awful - I want a refund
