    I booked a stay at this hotel for Nov 4th 2021. When I placed the booking I attempted to call the hotel 3 times that day to learn about my options for parking and transportation to the airport. When I could not get ahold of the hotel directly I called the corporate number listed for inquires. When I called I spoke with ******* who advised me that I could park at the hotel for 7 days free. This information was important to me because had I not been able to park, I would have gotten a ride to the hotel or taken the bus. I asked the rep to make a note on my reservation about the parking just to be absolutely sure. She did so, but when I arrived at the hotel the general manager *****, refused to comply with the documented note and stated that they would charge me $10 a day for parking. ***** was extremely combative, used her cell phone while standing in front of me and refused to even acknowledge that a mistake was made or attempt to resolve the situation. I had to call the customer service line while standing in front of her to have the note confirmed. **************** stated that a ticket would be created and someone would call me to resolve the issue. I refused that course of action and asked that, given that the corporate office was responsible for the error, I not be charged for the room. The rep ******* agreed to this and called ***** on the hotel direct line to tell her not to charge the booking agency for my stay. ***** advised that I email the booking agency and let them know the room was not charged, thus they should refund me. When I got home from trip I emailed the booking agency and was shocked to learn that ***** had told them that she HAD charged the account and charged for the parking. When I called to address this with the manager of the hotel I was told that "you just want everything for free". I had to call customer service again for assistance and still have not been refunded.Ticket #: ******* Resv: XH89VB4 *********
