Myself and my wife especially are extremely happy with the bathroom remodel we had done. Also, we had laminate flooring installed in our home. We were very pleased with **** and his crew. The bathroom came out better than was expected. We heeded a complete gutting of our old style bathroom. We wanted a better layout. A new stand up shower move the tub and toilet around and new vanity area. All the different types of tile we picked out after your tile man finished he put them all together and it looked fantastic!!The bathroom was fantastic spa like and it helped sell our home fast and gave us a great return. The new owners loved it!!Once again so happy with the whole project and experience. Will definitely have them do any work we need at our new home!Review from Carol L.

Did a great job remodeling my bathroom . His employees were very curious and experienced . There was some small issues and he took care of the problems very quickly . It was a little expensive but well worth the money.Review from Bill E

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VAC ALL PRO SERVICES , They where very professional from start to finish. they redid my whole bathroom. the owner was very informative and made sure we understood everything that was going on with the project. His prices where very competitive. And he let us use all of his discounts at the tile store and the paint. he picked up everything and took back what we did not use. just that alone saved me so much time. all of his employees where very nice and professional, he cleaned up after every day and made sure they coved my new floors in the house.I cant say enough about ****, and his company.Review from Jeff H

Stay away, horrible work and uses people off street to perform jobs. I lost out $8000 had to have job redone, nobody would help us get any refund and **** continues to be able to operate stealing people's money. I don't understand why people like this are allowed to operate. 1) none of my tile is level on the floor 2) tile in shower not level 3) Grout falling out in shower 4) water from shower leaked through to my downstairs ceiling 5) water never drained because of shower floor 6) electrician fell through floor and ceiling below 7) wood floor ruined from trying to fix my ceiling and I have to have redone 8) drain was not centered to tile in shower.I can continue on but am getting tired of typing, and yes I have pictures of everything talked about above and videos of what was found by the contractor we had repair, but I guess everything is OK when all VAC does is pay off places to get his ratings, and nobody is willing to help. One good thing VAC does is talk a good game , but trust me it is nothing but SH_T that comes out of his mouth !!!!!

*************************, Im sorry to hear you are having these problems, we finished your project over 4 months ago. *************************** thanked me for a job well done. It took a little extra time to complete because there where so many moving parts. you hired the licensed plumbers i recommended . you also hired the licensed electrician i recommended too. we had a licensed HVAC guy to come in and do some work. everyone that worked in you house was licensed .. the only time you called me back after we where done was to look at the drain in she shower.the next day i was out there with the plumbers, but you had already called a third party to look at the shower drain. that person removed tiles from your shower pan and looked at the plumbing. the plumber at the time said this voids all warranties. it also voided my warranty for the tile work on the shower pan. But i appreciated the business and said i would still work on it for them even though they voided my warranty . but ************************* did not want me to work on it . for some reason he wanted me to pay someone else to work on it. That just was not an option. so unfortunately i was not able to help them. Just to clear the air there is no one perfect in this world, other than God, we humans were put on this earth to make mistakes . the thing with me is i won't ask any one to pay to fix any errors i will fix them if there are any. we did a great job on your bath room and it looked awesome. The only thing i can say is don't wait 3 months to say something to a contractor, we will help you try and solve any problems you may have. Also never call a third party to pull up tile and look at plumbing . you should have called me first, I always answer my phone unless i'm in a meeting . and i never hire people off he street ever. I do believe in giving people chances, you never know how powerful an act of kindness can be to someone in need. I think this world needs more people that are kind. I wish you well and my phone is alway on in case you need me.my god bless you and your family this holiday season.
