We closed on our house from WRH in June of 2021. First we had hard time getting them to finish building the house so we can close on time. Second after closing, flooring issues started where floors in the kitchen and breakfast area started to curl and pop up. *** sent floor inspector to inspect the floor after 2 months of continuous complaints. Then someone from installing company came to check on the floor issue. Then came the floor manufacturer to inspect the floor. After So many visits, they finally fixed part of the floor. Since this is a floating flooring, other areas started to pop up. Every complaint takes them months and months to fix. Well it doesnt stop here. THEY INSTALLED ONE OF THE WINDOWS UPSIDE DOWN WHICH LET RAIN WATER COME INSIDE THE HOUSE. ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 months and they are still looking for a contractor to fix the window and drywall which has started to peel off. IN SHORT ITS BEEN 2 YEARS TO FLOORING ISSUES AND 3 MONTHS TO WINDOW ISSUE WHICH IS NOT YET FIXED. I AM JUST AFRAID OF HEALTH ISSUES REGARDING MD THAT WILL BE IN CRACKED AND WET DRYWALL. ALSO FLOORING IS BECOMING HAZARDOUS TO WALK AS SOMEONE ************ FALL. I WISH I COULD SEND PICTURES OF ALL THE DAMAGES. IM LOOKING FOR HELP FROM BBB TO FIX ISSUES.

I have been trying to resolve an issue of mold in my garage that has now moved into my pantry due to poor workmanship and poor contracting from William Ryan Homes. For almost 2 years they have given the law firm representing me the run around to fix poor stucco that has caused intensive water damage to the side of my home and the mold keeps growing inside my garage and now my pantry inside my kitchen. I am a disabled veteran and I cannot believe that for almost 2 years they have not repaired my home. Too bad I can't add the pictures and videos showing the damage to my home and the mold inside my pantry. Who know what health effects this is going to cause tomy family. Yet, William **** is trying everything to not fix and pay the costs to fix my home. Again, is this how William **** treats disabled veterans? All they do is ask for more pictures and every 60 days. Someone please call the media on this.

Horrible neighbors. They simply don't care about their neighbors. Store all their garbage in plain sight of neighboring homes. Don't return calls or emails. But do respond with faux apologies to online reviews.

I will never buy a home or recommend anyone to buy a home from William **** ever. Very poor quality, lack of customer focus, and very poor customer service. Dont let them fool ************************** **** cares about selling homes..they just dont care about you. I was swindled out of a incentive to start this terrible nightmare. We bought on December 31, 2019. Incentive was 20% off design center up to $80,000. Once it came time 5 months later after asking repeatedly to see the spec sheet with our incentive.well ***************** said that never existed and we had a rogue employee!! Every wall and ceiling has drywall cracks throughout, paint fading, floor needs to be replaced Bc wasnt laid right and lack of grout (took threatening ROC for them even to look at it). I would hire a lawyer to work your whole buying process with William **** as it will save you big time in the long run!! This was one of the most gut wrenching experiences my WHOLE family ever had to endure!! And Ive been thru some good stuff in my life!! Spend your money elsewhere and not on a William **** fixer upper sold to you by a company that just dont care!!
