            ******* has been in a below zero deep freezer since Saturday January 13, **** and my heating system was installed on December 21, 2023. During this deep freezer my NEW heating system stopped working and I contacted ****** on Sunday, January 14, **** to let him know it wasn't working and he never called me back. This left my home without heat and cause a water pipe to burst as well. I sent him 4 text messages and photos of the display on the heating system giving error codes and here it is Wednesday, January 17, **** and he still hasn't bothered to respond. I have to hire a ********* contractor to come out and repair my 3 weeks old newly installed system, and that repair cost me $1150 for proper removal and installation of the intake and exhaust piping, replacement of burst water pipe, night time emergency call-out and wall repair from pipe bursting. The thing that ***** me up is Thermal Electric still has never responded making me think they do not care about customer service but only about lining their pockets. Unless the owner died, I should've received a callback!Unacceptable!!
