              I do not recommend *****************************************. Very unreliable. We had an appointment set and they never showed up or contacted us. I called them three times the first day and sent several texts. Nothing. I called the next day. Nothing. I gave them a large check for a so called contract and feel they owe me a refund for at least half if not all of the amount. I called about a refund a week later and still heard nothing. If this had been a heating emergency we would have been out of luck. Totally irresponsible.
