              I went to a vein doctor in January of 2023 for vein treatments. Over the course of my treatments I acquired almost $4000 in medical bills and they put me on a payment plan with a credit card that I am currently paying off. 11 months after my last appointment, ** getting bombarded with emails and paper bills saying I still owe $124 for certain dates of service. The website they provided to view my bill will not work and customer service does not take my phone calls anymore. I tried to explain that all of my bills that were processed by my insurance are part of the $4000 debt Im currently paying off but they claim its an additional cost. I have already verified with my insurance company that no new claims have come in from this company so I shouldnt have acquired any more bills a year later

              If I could do a negative 10 star review for these people I would. They are nothing but crooks and liars. Please do not go here. They double booked my appointment time and left me sitting in a room for over an hour. I had to leave to go to work. They refused to refund my copay. Ive called them many times to resolve this issue. They have repeatedly lied and said the check would be sent out. They also repeatedly hung up on me. They cancelled my appointment multiple times when I was already almost to their location, And they charged me missed appointment fees for it.
