Royal Home Flooring installed new vinyl plank flooring in my home in the master bedroom and bathroom. The two gentlemen who installed the floor were professional, polite and very neat and clean with their work. They worked nonstop until the job was done. I did not have to do any cleanup after they left. The floors are beautiful and love the look in my rooms. The sales rep who initially came to my home, ******, was also professional and not pushy at all. *****, project manager, was extremely polite and so easy to deal with regarding final cost for the job and making sure I was happy with the floor selection. She also called me the following day after installation to follow up on the installation and asked how I felt about the new floor and if everything went well. I would highly recommend Royal Home Flooring to anyone. I actually hope to use them again as I slowly replace the carpeting in my home room by room. Royal Home Flooring Company is Horrible, obnoxious, and totally despicable. Royal Home Flooring Company should be put totally out of business. just about every complaint against Royal Home Flooring Company is separations in the flooring that was installed in most people homes. I am just the most recent consumer victim of the same flooring problem with Royal Home Flooring Company, just about everyone is complaining about almost the same issues after the installation of our flooring (can't be wrong), I am out of $9,500.00 and stuck floors that are buckling and separating more and more as we try not to walk on them almost throughout the entire first level of my home, thank God the second level wasn't done. Royal Flooring Representatives are trying to blame the damage on moisture, and my Dogs. my Dogs are never allowed in my home living areas, my Dogs are housed in the basement of my home. The cheap vinyl plank Royal Home Flooring Company installed in my home states on the box that it is moisture proof. in fact, I never treated the cheap vinyl plank flooring Royal Home Flooring installed in my home with water, I have always treated the cheap vinyl plank flooring Royal Home Flooring Company installed in my home with specialized formulas that's recommended for vinyl flooring. Royal Home Flooring Company sent out inspectors twice, the first inspectors did repair the edging at the top of my basement steps with cement glue that's shill somewhat holding, but those same inspectors never reported the gap that was left from the corner of the hall way wall leading to the basement. the second inspectors were three Spanish speaking gentlemen who I made aware of the gap from the hall way wall that was left by the first inspectors. the Spanish language was constantly being spoken while the inspectors were examining my floors made me suspicious and I alerted them that I would start recording what they were doing due to the fact that I don't speak, nor understand the Spanish Language!Review from Phenique H

Royal Home Flooring is the best company. We had are first floor redone with removal of carpet and hardwood floors. Our salesman ***** was great, he helped through the entire process from start to finish. The installers *************************** and ****** were absolutely fantastic. They were very kind, courteous, and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Royal Home Flooring to everyone. We love our new flooring. I wish I could give them a 10.Royal Home Flooring Response

Beware of this company. They act very quick and professional to get you.Dont fall for it!They claim to have a lifetime installation warranty which is false!They poorly installed planks in my home. After some time, the planks began to separate, creating ugly gaps.Its been almost 5 months of going back and forth trying to get this corrected. Finally today, I am told I have to pay to have the gaps repaired due to their poor installation. I paid this company about $12,000!The so called manager seems to think I shouldnt be ****** given all this I have had to deal with.I am reporting this company to every outlet I can. Hi, ***** I hope you are doing well. When we initially sent the inspector for the inspection,. Upon receiving the report, it was found that a user error had caused the water damage to the quarter rounds. When we spoke with you, we informed you of the service price; but, you refused to pay the full cost of the repair. We sent an inspector to you for free the first time, but after that, you will be responsible for paying for the actual repair (which was made due to water damage). Everything associated with a user error is the responsibility of the client to pay for. My experience with Royal Flooring was excellent from meeting with salesmen Mo and to the installation crew (******, ******* and *****). The customer service girls on the phone were great too. I would highly recommend them for the pricing, quality and the fast service they provide. I will be using them again to replace the carpeting in a bedroom and to put the same flooring in my kitchen.
