I tried dropping off a jacket to get embroided in December of 2021, once i made the appointment they told me to wait till January to drop it off. I drop my jacket off 01/11/2022 and put a deposit down before I left. They gave me paperwork saying my DUE DATE WAS 02/03/2022 and that I would be emailed a rough draft of the work before they begin. Today is 02/06/2022 and i still haven't received it yet. On 01/26/2022 I emailed ***************************************** to inform them I still haven't got the emailed rough draft and she responded sorry for the delay I will receive it the next day and my pickup remains the same. On 01/28/2022 ***************************************** emailed me again asking me to give her a call asap. Once I called she had no idea what my order even consisted of, she found my order went over the details and i made adjustments(took something off) to make the job easier. She informed me that I would get the rough draft the next day and the due date remains the same and they gonna make the price adjustment. I still didn't get the email, so I called there and spoke to a older black male who took my number down and said let him check into it and he will get back to me. hat was 02/03/2022 on the due date, I still haven't heard back till this day. This is very unprofessional and don't make sense to me. I have all emails and pictures of everytime I have called them. If they was backed up several employees had time to make this clear, but rather be untruthful. You try spending money with businesses just to go through experiences like this. Then it's my own kind at that! Basically just accepting your money to get the business then not producing the products. I shoudn't even have to do all this and they have my money!
