I'd like to tell the story of my trapped car in my garage. I called the company on Wednesday 6/14 when my garage door would not shut all of the way. A technician arrived at approx. 3:30pm. He did not give me a written estimate, but just said it would cost $150,,,or so I thought I had heard him say. After replacing some springs and cables, he said he was complete and came inside to get paid. He then said the price was $350!!! Again, no paper bill or anything to show me what was done, was offered. He said I would be receiving an email that would have the statement attached, also showing my payment.Skip to Thursday 6/15. I went to open my garage door around 7:00pm and the door would only open up about 2 inches! After calling the company, they said that a technician would call me back within 15 minutes. The tech did call me back, but said he would not be able to come out until 10am the next morning. So much for 24/7 emergency repairs!! After calling back the dispatchers about 4 or 5 times, here it is Friday morning and I still can't get anyone to call me back to set up a service call! I even sent off an email to the Owner of the company with no response! I will not be recommending this company to anyone!!

I arrived at home late morning and found that the garage door would not open. I went inside the garage and discovered problems I could not fix myself. I called Illinois Garage Door Repair and they had a service representative out to my house by about 3:30 with all the tools and parts he needed to make the repairs. Very pleasant fellow who was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommended.

**** came out did quote for raising garage doors. He was great. Then another tech came out to do the work and he was awful. Very rude. Would not do what other tech agreed to do. One door looks like its going to fall. I have called for over a week no one will call me back.
