We hired Kensington Research last April to protest our 2023 property taxes, however, they never showed up to the *** hearing nor did anything else. On mutliple occasions before and after the hearing date, I called their representative who kept reassuring me that everything was fine and that I had to be patient and wait for the next step after the *** hearing. Eventually, when I was put in contact with the processor, it turned out that he wasn't up to date on the status of our property, had done nothing, and by then the appraised value had been certified so nothing else could be done.Kensington Research and Recovery, Inc. Kensington has been calling and leaving me voicemails daily, despite my being on the do not call list. Today I answered and "****" asked for someone by another name. I told them it was the wrong number. They called back less than 5 minutes later and left the same voicemail as always. Received a cold call from an employee. Told him I'm not interested but he pushed to at least send me information documents. I said ok and gave him my email. The email was very sketchy. there was no attached documents. If I wanted info I had to hit a review and sign button to proceed. Was definitely not going to do that. Received a couple more text messages. When I didn't respond he then called me 3 times. I answered the third time and told him to stop harrassing me. I then got a follow up text and emailed again the next day. This is a scam company and fraudulent as can be.Kensington Research and Recovery, Inc. Response

I have used Kensington Research and Recovery for the last two years. The company had been great (getting my property taxes reduced) UNTIL I had questions on the results of my last appeal. I have so far been trying to contact the individual who sent the results of my last appeal for the last 3 months via phone and email. Voicemails left have not been returned and emails sent have not been replied to. Every phone call to the individual who sent the results of my last appeal as well as calls to the main company phone number go straight to voicemail - I have not spoken to an actual 'human' associated with the company in years. While its been very satisfying to get my property taxes reduced, the frustration over trying to talk to an actual person when questions arisen has not been an enjoyable experience.Kensington Research and Recovery, Inc. Have been working with Kensington Research for several years . Am very satisfied with their professionalism. They have always kept me informed of the progress of my claim.
