      Bad company, put my fence up and looks like all rough sawn, lots of dirty boards with old concrete stains on them and service calls three different days that no one showed up . They keep saying they are rescheduling and then that day comes and nobody shows. My wife got cut on a big nail sticking out while weed whacking and two top caps were never nailed, when the wind was blowing , the caps fell in the grass and we discovered them laying there. Im getting lawyers to ***

      We ordered a vinyl fence and we upgraded everything because supposedly everything had a warranty. Our gate is sagging and I am in a wheelchair and cant fix it. I contacted them finally someone responded after three months and told me to call the person with the company to set up an appointment to get the fence tightened shouldve been free under warranty but they told me they would send out a technician it would be $450 just to come to my house plus anything they did would have a charge youve been in force just tighten a bolt, I would stay away from this company and their products. We are really sad we ordered from them. Buyer beware

      The installation of my fence was completed, unfortunately the top rail on the fence was not supplied. It is not what was promised or paid for. Am waiting to hear back from the company. The fence does not match the picture that was presented to me. I expect them to rectify the situation.

      Hired these fine folks on December 1, 2022, to build and install a gate for my driveway. After they took my deposit of $1,200, communication was scarce. There was no communication with me as to when my gate would be installed. Instead, I got a call the day before the blizzard began on December 22, 2022, telling me that the "scheduled" install for December 23, 2022, couldn't be completed due to the blizzard.Then, the Village Inspector shows up December 29, 2022, to inspect post holes, but no holes were dug. I had to call and complain before contractors show up on the same day who aren't able to communicate with me due to no fluency in English. These contractors brought wood panels that weren't even run through a planer. The pine panels look rough and dirty. This isn't how their product is presented online by the way.I made my concerns known to "*******" via text message and I also sent an email on December 30th, 2022, but this company isn't reachable via phone and has not responded to any of my emails.They dug holes onto my property near my foundation and left them open to the elements with no sense of urgency in getting this job done during a ******* winter.I filed a lawsuit today and I pray the court finds in my favor. Do business with these folks at your own risk.

      ****************** I am sorry you feel this way but we have numerous text and a couple responded emails. Since day 1 we gave you a target date for installation and due to weather it was rescheduled and you were aware. We do not have a problem in switching the material to something smoother but the cedar material that we took to your property is what we always use. Regarding the post hole inspection, in your city they give a window between 9am and 1 pm. We requested closer to 11am but that was not guaranteed. We still tried to arrive early to get them done before the inspector arrived and unfortunately he stoped by closer to 9am. We dug your holes and scheduled another inspection. We would gladly finish the job but know we need to know what material you would like if you did not like the Cedar. I can set up an appointment with the sales rep or a manager to meet with you and talk? Looking forward to your response.

      I don't recommend AmeriDream and won't hire them again. This over $10,000 project was a FUBAR. Salesman ********** came out Oct 23rd to take view the property and take measurements. He said the neighbor's fences wouldn't prevent installing our fences back-to-back (It's actually a zoning violation, we later discovered). Dec 6th, workers dug 3-foot-deep holes through our lawn and garden where no fence can be placed. The Village came to inspect and realized they were working from an illegal permit; the application indicated "no existing fences". We agreed to have them install the legal part of the project at the lesser cost of approx. $2,600. I told the crew chief the West gate was installed backwards. He said, "OH, that's the direction my company always has us install them." I asked, "Then why did you ask two days ago, which direction I wanted them?" The three gates did not have a professional appearance: West gate: backwards, stained with oily tread marks, missing handles. East gate: backwards, jams at the top and needs to be trimmed, missing handles. South gate: backwards, cut ragged, crooked, missing handles. Overall, this project was sloppy. They left behind thick mud all about our walkways, patio, and in our garage.The refund owed was put in wrong; charging more instead of refunding us. This took a week to correct.Dec 14th, they scheduled a crew to correct the gates Dec 19th. Dec 20th, the crew (one guy) came out. He presented an excuse as to why the ************ had to remain that way. I showed him how to hang a gate straight using shims. Following my instruction, he removed/replaced the ************, trimmed the East gate, added handles to each gate, and repaired the direction of the West gate but didn't clean stains from it.

      *** did and excellent job on the sales end and Expediting ***** which delayed the project resulting in four emergency requests. The installation process took longer than expected due to cold and windy weather and hard soil as a result of lack of rain. The crew did and excellent job and clean up up after the job unlike ***** which left two of their paint cans in my yard.

      I had them install my fence and I am regreting it due to customer service.]. They decided to nail my gate post to my house and not saw cut like they where supposed to and what i paid for. I have sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails with no response. I have also gone to there office and was promised that it would be corrected and my siding would be fixed and nothing has been done for over 3 months. They are extremely poor at getting back to customers. I am simply asking for what i paid for and the damages to be fixed. At this point I just want the post to be fixed and i will replace the siding myself.

      This is the worst company. Dont waste your time with them. They have a bunch of panzees working for them. They dont even deserve the one star they got, that seems to be the lowest you can go. One of the installation guys swore at me in Spanish and left without completing the job. Very bad customer service. I cannot believe this company has A- rating. BBB is really doing something wrong in the rating. This company *****.

      Absolute worst customer service for a quote. After months of calls, no answers, appointment dates, cancelations, no shows, excuses, we are still waiting for a quote. The young lady that occasionally answers the phone tries but the rest (thus the one star)....not impressed. Must not need the business. Tried long enough. Went with Knockout Fence Company in Bourbonnais. Immediate answer, response, appt. that got moved up, showed up and sending a quote.

      The reason this company is getting one star is because we love our new fence! BUT, what it took to get this new fence installed was a joke! We told our sales guy, the fence needed to be moved out further on one side, to the property line. Their worked came and I talked to the lead person about moving the fence out to the property line and stacking the old wooden fence, which he had to call the office and have someone translate. Once they had all the holes dug and the post in, we realized they move the fence further into our property line, instead of moving it out to the property line, including cutting into our cement pad (which wasnt in the contract)! After a crew chief came out and we got that all straightened out, we then noticed they installed the wrong latches, as we should have had locks and handles, which we tried to tell the workers, but were told this is what we were getting. We met again with our sales guy after all is said and done, my fence was never moved out to the property line (which we said leave it at this point!) and they left smudge marks, blood and dirt one a brand new white fence I paid just under $9,000 for! Im embarrassed that I have a beautiful new fence that looks like crap! This is not including the mess they left behind including cigarette butts around my back yard!Thinking about it, Im wondering how they expect their employees to read a contract and plot of survey, when they need a translator to tell them where to stack the old fence! After talking to the company, they came out to clean upbut they DID NOT clean the fence and left us non-smokers to clean up the cigarette butts before I could let my grandkids play out there! They ended up hauling away our old fence for free, but I still need to hire someone to clean our fence or wait for warmer weather and spend a day doing it ourselves! I wish I could share the pics/videos! Im confident the owners would not accept a place to do a job like this at their homes!
