My experience with Vivid Seats **************** was good. Handle my transactions very professionally; however, my reason for calling was to buy 9 tickets, but we wanted 4 in front and the other 5 behind. Vivid seats could not assign seats but said we would be together. I received our tickets.. 4 of us are in the correct row, seats ***** and the 5 others are in the next row (as requested) but seats *****. Based on my conversation with Vivid Seats CSR, I thought we would be right next to each other.. this is disappointing that we are not.Vivid Seats LLC Response

***** we are a ticket marketplace, and our verified sellers will list different types of inventory periodically on our site. Seats are typically assigned when they are delivered. Typically, large numbers of seats bought separately will have a possibility of being separated, as our agent pointed out. We will work hard to make sure your seats and group are close to each other in the same section and selected row. Purchased tickets for the Cirque Italia water circus in ********. Specifically asked for wheel chair access seats sales lady assured us the seats we purchased were wheel chair accessible paid 250 dollars. When we arrived at the main gate we were advised that not only were the seats issued to not wheel chair accessible but had also been pre sold to another customer so we had no **********************. The venue operators were gracious enough to put us in the overflow area. They also advised us that we over paid for the seats as on site they sold for 69.. dollars. **** was very helpful getting me a pair of tickets to ********* at *********** in ****** on Sept 17th, 2024. He took the time to explain the ticketing process & assured me the tickets would be delivered to my Android well in advance of the shows start. And they were. We had a Great Time! Vivid Seats made the whole process very easy. "Q: Can I resell my O's Unlimited for games that I do not attend?A: No. Tickets are non-transferable. O's Unlimited pass tickets may not be resold or offered for resale to third parties."From the Orioles Website. On September 2nd, I bought tickets from Vivid Seats for a game on Labor Day as something just to do and get out of the house. In route to the game, I was on the phone with Vivid Seats because the tickets I purchased earlier that day came in blank with no QR code. They told me to be patient and the tickets would come. However, when I got to the gate, I still didn't have tickets and they sent new tickets that also did not have a QR code. Upon going to the box office, I asked the *************** if they could just accept the tickets. I was informed that the tickets that were sold to me, were actually not able to be resold. I had to purchase tickets at the *********** Upon entering the stadium, I called Vivid Seats back to receive a refund. I understood the policy of all sales are final, however, Vivid Seats was trying to sell me illegal tickets. This is based on the Orioles stadium policy. After having an investigation done, I was told to wait 3 to 5 business days to receive an email which I did not receive. I called back and I was told another investigation would be started. Calling today, 15 business days later, I was told that another alert had to go up the chain to see if I had sent in the necessary documents. I sent screenshots the day of the event of the tickets that did not have QR codes. The tickets that eventually did come with a QR code, would not have been accepted by the stadium as I had just been informed that they were not supposed to be resold according to their policy. Upon telling that to Vivid Seats, I have still been denied a refund at this date because I need to wait for them to go through their process of Investigation. Mind you, they did not send me an email initially like they said they would after the first investigation was started.Vivid Seats LLC Response

Our team had worked to issue you replacement tickets when there was an issue with your original seats. As stated in the review, the replacement tickets with a QR code were seen but not used. We are a ticket marketplace, and while the box office may say they "wont work," our ticket agents work with partners to provide your official tickets that will work.
