I am ******* I had a TV that set up for a year .And I was going to throw it out . A friend of mines told me about this place. I didn't know if it could be fix or not. I call AAA electronics. They told me they was a Lil bit behind and I said that fine the tv had set for a year anyways. But to my surprise they had fixed my tv in about 2 weeks and what was more shocking was I saved money and didn't have to buy another tv. Thank you guys y'all rock

I had a 70 inch ******* that went out 10-23-21 . I called AAA Electronics about my tv. And I told them about my tv and they gave me the option of bringing it in or in-home services. I chose the in-home services cause I stay in Indiana. But they couldn't fix it in my home. But long story cut short. I am a bears fan and I wanted my tv back by the bears vs 49 game. I had got my tv back two days before the game. And it was about $30 dollars below the price they quoted me in my house. They was very helpful even hanging my tv on the wall. They was way cheaper then best buy geek squad. So yes I would give their business to my friends and family. Very Professional and black owned.Review from Darryl S

My television was sent into the shop for repairs March 2020, and it is now may 2021 and my television still has not been returned to me. The owner *** ***** is a liar, cheat, and now you can add Theft to the list. I paid for my television repairs, have a receipt stating so, and for the last year the only thing I've been getting is no call backs, and excuses. I've been patronizing businesses in the *************** for over 50 years, and this is by far the most horrific customer service experience I've ever had."AAA Electronics, Inc. Response

Mr. ******, First, all TV can not be repaired. Mr. ****** parts are not available from Vizio and are hard to find from a third party. The TV needs a display panel. He's well aware of this and was suppose to pickup his set up unrepaired weeks ago himself. Mr. ****** only paid a deposit of $100.o which included a service call fee of $65.00. And $35.00 is applied toward his repairs which is stated on his receipt Mr. ****** has not paid for his repairs. If he has a receipt that states he's paid for his full repairs, we will refund his money minus his $100.00 deposit. Make sure he brings his receipt. The statement above is 100% incorrect. He is abusing the review process towards AAA Electronics. Produce a signed receipt and we will solve this problem immediately. We ask BBB to get the correct facts and false accusations and correct this review. He can make an appointment to pick up his TV soon
