Took my shirts in 7-25-23 to get dry cleaned at the CD one Cleaners on ******* at the ******** ** location which the main store is in *************** **. I get a call today 7-26-23 from the store manager **** at the *************** location telling me that my white **** Shirt was ripped up due to old material not because they machine did the damage. The White **** shirt I took in was perfectly fine and if something was wrong with the shirt #1 the shirt wouldnt left the house #2 if they saw anything wrong with the shirt they shouldve called immediately for me to come and pick the shirt up. **** goes on to tell me that because of the year the shirt was made that the material was old I then stated sir I have cloths at home in my closet older than this shirt. I begin to ask if they were going to reimburse me for my shirt which cost $115 he stated that he couldnt reimburse for the shirt and then I told him to reimburse me the bill I paid to get my shirts cleaned he again stated no. So I told him to give me back the money which was $15 I received for the service that would have been done on the shirt. He barely wanted to do that. But the crazy thing the man kept trying to tell me was it was because the year my shirt was made and the material was old. In ***** of him say Im sorry our machine ate up your shirt. He did want to take responsibility for there equipment ripping up my shirt.
