In 2019, we signed a contract with Admit One and paid in full for our wedding which would have been in May 2020. The *** closed down all venues due to Covid and we were forced to cancel our wedding. Since no services were rendered, the venue and every single one of our vendors refunded our money in full, no questions asked, besides Admit One. As ***** left everyone with no idea when things would go back to normal, we got married in a very small private ceremony instead of the wedding we planned. They were noncommittal about a refund, but offered a credit for the future which we let them know would do us no good as we were not planning on getting married again or having any kind of event where we would need that scope of work. They also informed us the services were not transferrable. I have stayed in contact with them for 3 years about this issue and constantly get the run around and no offer of any kind of solution from their owner ****. I spoke with him yesterday and he informed me that my deposit went to covering their overhead during tough times and although no services were ever provided to me, that the money was gone and he has no way of refunding me because it would bankrupt them. A message I have seen in several other reviews both here and on ******* They have a large showroom / warehouse in **********, ** which they have had since we began dealing with them in 2019, business can't be that bad if they are maintaining this rent and continuing to DJ events. I have offered up payment plans, partial refunds, transferring my services to a future customer and no solution has been offered except a credit which at this point is totally useless. I would highly recommend not using this company as they do not value their customers and will be pursuing legal action against them.

Genuinely awful experience. We communicated with our DJ regularly and as requested. We did everything they asked us. Everything was okay up until the day of the wedding. When it came to the bridal party introductions, we had everyone’s names spelled out phonetically, practiced pronunciation on the phone with our DJ, and in person beforehand. Still, almost every name was butchered, including the mother of the groom. That wasn’t even the worst part, when he introduced the bride and groom for the first time, he called the bride by a completely wrong name. Rebecca instead of Rachel. Another issue was that we were expected to select almost every song that he was supposed to play. He said he would add in his own music and “read the room”. When it came to the wedding day, the guests seemed to like a certain genre of music so I (the bride) asked him to continue playing music within that genre. He told me that he had to get through all of the songs we selected beforehand and THEN would play other music. Completely killed the vibe because he would go from one upbeat song to something slow regardless of what the crowd was doing. We got married in October and I’m just writing this review now because I finally stopped wanting to cry every time I think of my wedding.
