I had an appointment as a new patient also for cleaning. I entered the office and the front desk representative was nice, however, lied to me regarding my question about online forms to expedite time. She told me there were no online forms, which I found out on my own there are. She then kept my ID and insurance card the entire time I was there. Never returned it to me until I asked for it after my visit. I then went to the back and was told to go to the scanning machines the dental assistants never changed their gloves. The dental assistant placed plastic around the mouthpiece with the same gloves as the last patient and the machines were not working. After trying many times I was told to go to the back and another dental assistant was able to take the pictures comfortably. The dental hygienist came into the room I was in and said nothing, She never even introduced herself I asked if was she the doctor she said no I'm the hygienist. She never told me her name. I then found out later after asking someone else that her name was ********. She came to the room with the same gloves as the last patient. She then said I am not going to clean your teeth even though I made the appointment for that to happen. She then said she is measuring my gums from my teeth poking my gums with a measuring needle. Kadijah caused pain and bleeding from poking me, and for what reason I didn't understand. Very unprofessional, and I am very upset. The doctor then comes in later and says oh you need a deep cleaning? I said I want to know what is going on with the health of my teeth. It was two hours later, and nothing was done. I will NEVER go back to this office again. Completely unprofessional. I am completely disgusted with this practice. The practice is dirty and unsanitized. The dental tools are not cleaned immediately after a patient uses them. Kadijah or however you spell her name. My experience with the staff at this practice was ridiculous, unprofessional, and has lawsuit potential.
